I think most of these reviews are fake. I found the location beautiful but so overpriced for the stiff sheets, noisy jacuzzi and inferior massage. I was most angered by the extra cost for breakfast. Why is this place called a bed and breakfast if it's not an included service? This place was tremendous lacking in all regards except the beautiful location.

Oh my oh my what a beautiful B&B! Wonderful and friendly host with immaculate grounds and house. Breathe taking view and so, so relaxing! Highly recommend!

A wonderful, relaxing weekend stay at Dan and Christina’s beautiful property. They made us feel comfortable and at home our entire stay and gave great recommendations along the way. Beautiful walking trails nearby. Close to a number of Vineyards and the Angry orchard cider tasting room. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and unwind in a rural area, look no further.Also Dan cooked us a marvelous dinner the night we arrived. This was a great way to relax and feel right at home from the start.10/10 would recommend!

This is a perfect place for weekend getaways and vacations. The location is perfect as you are in close proximity of wineries, hiking/biking paths, and restaurants. Explore the many farm stands and local eateries before you come back to a cozy bed and totally welcoming hosts. Dan and Christina have created a wonderful retreat, and they are very friendly, warm, and welcoming folks.

Where do we start? Great, relaxing gem...Dan and Christina go beyond and above to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Clean, beautiful B&B awaits as you pull up to this picturesque place! We couldn't be happier We chose this place as a weekend getaway and can't wait to go back! Dan communicates with you before you arrive, and anything you need during your stay is provided, and you're always greeted with that warm smile! He recommends amazing local restaurants, make sure you book them in advance!Christina, who runs the spa, is amazing and so knowledgeable! Make sure you book their massage ahead of time, you won't regret it! Try to catch a night when you can sit down and enjoy a hot cup of tea and their company, overlooking the valley, while Dan starts a firepit... def will be back!

This is a great B&B with super nice hosts. You can't beat the location surrounded by horse farms and very close to New Paltz, Minnewaska State Park, wineries and more. The rooms are super comfortable and Dan supplies a nice breakfast. Right next door there's also a very nice day spa. There are lots of places to lounge and soak in the country air. Highly recommended!

Dan & Christina are excellent hosts. Their home is warm and inviting, super clean and beautifully decorated. The views of the Mountains and horse farm are breathtaking. What makes their home even more special is the Spa. My husband and I didn't have to travel but a flight of stairs from our room to enjoy a professional and relaxing couples massage by Sara and Christina. They were absolutely amazing and gave us tips on how to keep our troubled areas loose in between treatments. To top it all off, co owner Dan made us his own Italian specialty dinner with sauce he made from his own grown tomatoes, superb! If you're looking for some serious R&R with hiking and views at your fingertips, this is the place to visit.

The hosts and house were amazing. Our room was clean and cozy and the bathroom here was just restored and looks great. The location is very good and is only a short drive from most places in the area. The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us very good recommendations on where to go in the area. Rear patio is very relaxing and has a great view and will definitely will stay here again if I visit the area again.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Serene Vista Spa and BnB. From the first phone call to the day we checked out, Dan was so accommodating. He is very welcoming and so down to earth. His wife Christina was out of town at the time of our stay. The room and spa style bathroom was cozy, clean and comfortable. As was the entire house. Dan’s phenomenal photographs are displayed throughout. Breakfast out on the patio was so relaxing as the scenery on the property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! We loved watching the gorgeous horses and petting them was a nice added bonus. We both had incredible massages at their spa on the premises. The only thing we would have liked to change, was to stay a few more days to relax more and run around less. Thank you Dan and Christina for sharing your beautiful home!!

Dan and Christine made sure we both had a lovely and enjoyable stay at their amazing home at Serene Vista. The delicious breakfast prepared by Dan, the breathtaking views and relaxing spa along with their company made it all the more special. Would definitely love to be back.

Second stay here. First time in early Fall, now in Winter. The Horse farm provides beautiful scenery of horses running free through the fields, and your hosts Dan and Christine could not be any nicer or more accommodating. Strongly recommend this BnB.
