I regretfully had to cancel an upcoming reservation for doggy daycare (which was clearly informed as non refundable, and I expected to pay for it) and for boarding due to concern about the virus going around, and not only were they so understanding and accommodating, they didn't charge me for the daycare.Prices are extremely reasonable for the excellent service they provide. Cannot recommend them enough.
