She was very professional and helpful resolving two of the three issues. the only one is problem for IT the phone tree is saying not valid ext. for all choices she is sending up the chain. This team at Circleville is nothing short of amazing! They go above and beyond for our family, knowing each of us by name and also knowing I always need a pop for my son. Without question there is always a pop coming through the drive thru and that makes us feel "known". I love having such a friendly relationship with all of them. Also, on the business side, anytime we have questions or need something, they are quick to fulfill our needs no matter what! Exceptional place! Can't say enough good things about this bank!”
“This branch is the best I have been deal with them for the last 5 years and never once did I have a problem. They tell me that I can use the ATM for most of my transactions if I wanted to but I rather go inside and deal with them the hole staff is great and I have no complaints”
“I generally avoid banks in general. Credit Unions are better in my opinion. But Wayne Bank, I believe, is the only one in Wurtsboro and the surrounding area that allows you to open a checking account with no fees attached. Usually banks will charge a monthly fee just for having an account. The savings account is not free here. You would need to have at least $200 in the account to avoid a monthly fee. The debit card for the checking account does have an annual fee of $12. That's the only downside but it'll do for now. Wayne Bank is quiet too. The service so far is great. In and out. No problems thus far. Sometimes you just a need a bank close to you in case you need cash and this one worked out for me.”

“The staff at this branch has a long history of welcoming personal interaction with customers. We do all of our business banking with this branch and Michael, Jon-Luc, George, and the rest of the team are all fantastic. They follow up and are so thorough. When we needed help financially to bridge a short term gap in our cash flow, George the branch manager was there and pulled off a line of credit in less than 48 hours. We will highly recommend this branch to anyone that asks!Our only concern is that we feel as though M&T corporate is not supporting this branch enough with hours or staff as the hours have been significantly reduced over the past year with no sign of return. This branch is walking distance from the County Government Center and could and should be a very key location for M&T.”
“Hi these is for Sejal Patel....kind women with helping nature...I had flight to catch and she rescheduled our meeting at 9 am instead of 09:30 so that I won't be late for my flight ...did all the documentation on time and she has a good knowledge...I would recommend people like Sejal to be there so they can there whenever u need.....after few days she called up checking wether we received our cards and did we face any difficulties for Internet Banking....
