“Fast, thoughtful, and honest service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I came in with a screw in my tire and slow leak. They squeezed me in and did a quick patch job. They also did a tread analysis and told me I had a lot of tread left even though I had said I was open to replacing all tires if they couldn’t patch the one damaged tire, so I really appreciated that honesty. The plug is effective and tire is holding pressure. Very pleasant and clear communication about everything too.”
“I took my old ford to get it fixed.they trried there best to fix it.but the person that worked on it before them destroyed it.couldnt be repaired.they have great knowlege and i would recomend them to anyone.great bunch of people”

“I stopped in because my tire pressure sensor came on. The manager was unable to get me in due to 1.5 hour wait as I was on my way to a party. He checked all 4 tires and ensured the air pressure was where it should be. ?”

The women at the front desk were wonderful and let me know I could leave it for the next day. Early the next morning they called me with a game plan and to my surprise could also change my oil and do my inspection for me.
They were fully transparent, didn't try to upsell anything, and had my car ready to go before end of day. The cost was also super reasonable! I'm grateful to find a shop close to home that I can trust!”

Bill did an exceptional job diagnosing the situation, setting expectations around the best and worst case scenarios and getting permission in either case to expedite the repair. The best case required delicate work and a lesser shop wouldn’t have made the effort, instead going right for the costlier repair. Bill saved me $500 or more!
