“I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store. The only downside is that once the bank closes you cannot access the ATM (there is a card swipe to get in to the ATM after closinh but multiple people I know cannot get in with their citizens bank card)”

“I'm not a big fan of Key Bank as a company, but the tellers at this particular branch are something special.
To make a long story short, I went in today because my account was compromised. It's very difficult for me to get there due to a lack of transportation, and I learned that I wouldn't be able to withdraw my paycheck from there until the next day.
Under normal circumstances I'd be screwed because I cannot possibly make it to the branch tomorrow, I have no transportation and I'm on my last 20 bucks, so not only did the teller offer to literally drive my money to my house tomorrow, they even got me a ride back home today.
To say that those people went above and beyond to help me is an understatement. That key bank branch is ran by angels. If any of you are reading this thank you, I owe you one.
If anyone else from key bank is reading this, give those people some raises, they deserve it.”

“Yamille and her staff at Wallkill Valley Federal in Walden have always been an integral part of our family, especially my father. For many years, even if he wasn’t coming into the building to conduct his transactions, he would bring the staff donuts. It was as if everyone working in the building was his niece or nephew – or his middle school students when he taught many years ago. It became his purpose to brighten their day with sugar-filled happiness. In the last year or so, when our Dad needed additional help, my brother and I worked seamlessly with Yamille and her colleagues -- and we kept the donut tradition going. We understand that we didn’t have to do this, but it was the nice (and hopefully, unexpected) thing to do. This type of community banking and relationship management is often lost with the larger brick-and-mortar and virtual banks.
