The facility is wonderful & clean .wanted to go here because it was close to our home so brought our dog in .. The doctor not listening & treating me like a clueless pet parent was not dismissed by me . I advised her he's been checked as a young dog at adoption -referencing an unchanged bald spot on our dogs head he's had since we rescued him 5 years ago , to run skin test & then recheck in a few weeks .. no , it's been done but bought shampoo I told her I already had but she didn't listen.. I bought it anyway but knew that was it as I checked out .. was told to make appointment for recheck on the recheck .. I raised my eyebrow at this, said no & left .. went back my old vet, who is friendly, a good listener, communicator & darn well worth the travel..

When this business is held accountable for it's inconsistent information, dishonesty, i.e., stating something and denying it later and blatantly making things up to cover themselves, excessive additional fees for boarding that are not always communicated up front, and complete lack of professionalism, they suggest you take your business elsewhere. And when you ask them to correct their errors and business practices instead, they - all of a sudden have no availability at their boarding facility, when they previously stated they could accommodate your requested dates. This business cannot be trusted, and their customer service is absolutely abominable if you don't just go along with everything they say whether they're right or they're definitively wrong.

Been taking my senior adopted cat here for almost a decade - we think she is nearing the end of her life from what we are seeing - we call today and get told we are pretty busy but will call you back. They called back to tell us "go somewhere else we are busy" - we don't have outstanding bills or anything- it's just proof that when they see their money pit starting to dry up they could care less. A decade of visits for this cat and they won't even help her in her final days - what does that tell you about a vet? sick to my stomach over this.

OK so I wasn't sure if I was going to post this or not little. My experience here today was absolutely awful. So to make a long story short I have been caring for my my mother's animals due to her passing recently. One of her cats became sick today so I called to try to get her in to be seen. I explained to the receptionist that the cat was coughing up blood and having problems with her breathing. The receptionist asked asked if I was currently a client of theirs. I explained that I was not but my mother was. The receptionist then told me that since I'm not a client I should find somewhere else to go. I tried to explain that that the cat was coughing up blood and was having problems breathing. Her response was well you should find someone that is willing to take an emergency case because we are not. I responded with "are you serious this cat is severely sick". Her response was yes we're not taking an emergency case and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. This is 100% the wrong way to do business they obviously do not care about people that are not there current clients or there pets.

This place charges $98 for a flu vaccine when you board with them. They don't tell you that until you drop your dog off. They never mention the price or that you'll also be paying for a wellness visit, too. It doesn't matter if your dog had just been to another vet, he is going to charge you anyway. I was told the flu vaccine was required because they were a hospital. When I stated that didn't make sense because my dog wouldn't get immunity for weeks, they said the doctor was just following the policies of the kennel. The doctor owns the kennel. This is a money making scheme and it's dishonest. If you want to waste $98 when you board your animal, let them stay at Walden Animal Clinic.

I am contacting your office today regarding my dog Rain. I have many concerns about the way you run your business. I have taken Rain to your office since she was a puppy. When I adopted her, I took her to you guys immediately for her first visit. The first visit went great, you handled her skin itching it a timely matter. Then I trusted you guys with boarding her. You charged me crazy fee's, which okay I understood. Rain came home hungry smelling of dog urine which I have everything recorded. I did not bring that up to you guys because it was my first experience I did not know if maybe she was just confused. Now fast forward to her most recent appointment. I brought Rain to you guys to help her. She was not only in pain but uncomfortable. I am ashamed in myself that I trusted in your guys to help and comfort my dog. The doctor prescribed Rain one antibiotic, which did absolutely nothing for her. As well as a fish oil vitamin. Moving forward, I specially remember telling you guys, my dog was uncomfortable itchy, her ears were bothering her, she has scabs on her neck. You did absolutely not a thing for her. If anything, you made her more uncomfortable. I am saddened that I trusted your office to take care of my pet as your own. When you did the complete opposite. I gave it a couple weeks to see if the medicine was just not kicking in. I called you guys to let you know the concerns I was having about my dog. You didn't want to do a thing for me. Just told me you would do a revisit fee. It had absolutely nothing to do with money, I would have paid whatever to get my dog help. Moving forward, I took Rain for a second opinion because obviously you guys did nothing for her. I found out, she had a skin infection from all the scabs on her neck and back as well as a double ear infection. Are you kidding me? you couldn't tell us that she had all these issues. My poor dog could've lost her hearing. I am highly disappointed in the service we received. This is not all you will hear from me. I need to make sure that you change how you work. I am so disappointed in you guys. I hope that you will find a way to make this right. Otherwise, I will be sending further information to your office or whomever may be willing to listen to our story.

I would highly recommend Walden animal clinic. The staff are all very loving & caring & the Dr's are great. They will let you know exactly what your furbaby needs. Suggestions & recommendations are given with no pressure at all. Prices are reasonable & they also board which is a Huge plus for me knowing that the same staff that cares for my furbaby medically cares for them while we're away.

Dr Kelly and Abby & Kim from his staff has treated my pitbulls over these 15 years as the loving animals they are. Always patient and honest Never feel rushed or money is the main object. Always has time to chat. Abby at the desk is awesome. Efficient and so pleasant. Kim helped us get our doggie healed up after surgery and was there when we had to put one down. The compassion is great !! I was so lucky to be referred to dr Kelly !!

Dr Kelly and his staff are top notch. He will take time to discuss any questions you may have and he and his staff treat your pet as if it was their own. Dr Kelly has been taking care of my dog for 7 years and we could not be happier.
