It cannot be an easy job because often the line to pick up prescriptions are long and the wait can be long.No one likes waiting, but I note the employees are very busy-none are sitting behind the counter drinking coffee and chatting on their phones.Thank you.”
“A vastly different experience than a chain pharmacy! When you walk in you are greeted by people who seem to genuinely care about you. The pharmacists and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. It’s hard to believe anyone goes to chain pharmacies when there are places like this around.The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays so you should plan accordingly or possibly have a backup pharmacy.”

“I like this Hannaford best out of all the ones I've been to. My girlfriend shops here mostly and from time to time she alternates back and forth to another Hannaford in Waldon when this one doesn't have stock in certain items. All in all, nice friendly staff, clean and stocked pretty well.”

I read some reviews that are negative and it comical… the nerve of a business allowing staff to take a lunch break, oh and posting signs indicating they do that and the times, additionally every time you call there is a recording indicating the break time closure! Not to mention, if the website and sign on the door indicate walk ins welcome for Covid shots… why did you call?? Based on my interaction with the staff I’ll just guess that the staff member said if you make a appointment online you ll guarantee no waiting when you come in the life saving vaccine.”

And to that they remain the "Best pharmacy" here in this little town. Over the years as I have gotten very ill, they have worked hard at making sure my meds are available and if not their at work being sure their on the way!! I've come to know many that work at Hannaford pharmacy and I treat them like a respectful family. Their job isn't easy and while you wait on line please remember that each person they encounter they try to treat like family as well. “This has been my pharmacy for years since they opened at this location and they have always provided excellent service. They do close for lunch so watch out for that. But they are always friendly and helpful. Whenever we need a prescription not covered by health insurance, the staff goes out of their way to find us a discount or another option. “I recently used this Wallgreens for a drive up COVID test. Making an appointment was easy via the Walgreens application. The drive thru is in the front of the building and at My appointment time (afternoon on a weekday) there was no wait time. Simply drive up, performed the test and drive away. In lest than two hours I had a written report in my email. Very simple and convenient. If you need a test with a written report this is fast and convenient. There is no cost”
