Becky was exceptional through the sales process. furniture delivered when they said it would- 1/2 hour window. Set up guys were outstanding. Courteous and always mindful of damage, professional until they left, and well trained in customer service. Great experience!!!

We had such a great experience at millspaugh! Becky was so helpful and so sweet!! We walked in on a Friday night thinking we would just be doing a quick look and Becky ended up helping us design our entire living room from custom color swatches to custom couches/chairs and found everything we were looking for! Highly recommend!!! We are so excited to for our new furniture to arrive!

Absolutely amazing experience every time. Out of this world furniture. I could easily buy every piece at this store. Everything is.so unique. Becky is such a great sale specialist. I can't even describe how wonderful she is. 100 and above stars. The owner is a truly nice man and totally hands on . So humble and approachable. Strongly recommend to stop by just to browse. So much fun. Almost impossible to find such a caring and personable business around. Thank you so much for everything you do.

20 years ago we purchased our sofa and love seat from Millspaugh. After 2 kids & 1 dog it was time for something new. I told my wife I like our sofas lets just get them re-upholstered. Great experience working with Millspaugh from selecting fabrics to working with their recommended upholsterer. Free pickup and delivery. The sofas are ready for another 20 years and the grandkids. The furniture lives up to the reputation: sturdy, elegant, comfortable, and timeless. And the customer service is one of a kind. Unlike the pushy salesmen of the big chain stores, when you walk into Millspaugh furniture showroom, it feels like you’re welcomed into their home. Returning customer and it won’t be our last.

The service provided by this store is world class. And their furniture is high quality, not the everyday pieces that we're finding out there. They have stores in Walden, Poughkeepsie, and Warwick. Definitely FIVE stars, but they are a TEN. Thank you, Millspaugh!
