Becky was exceptional through the sales process. furniture delivered when they said it would- 1/2 hour window. Set up guys were outstanding. Courteous and always mindful of damage, professional until they left, and well trained in customer service. Great experience!!!

The furniture lives up to the reputation: sturdy, elegant, comfortable, and timeless. And the customer service is one of a kind. Unlike the pushy salesmen of the big chain stores, when you walk into Millspaugh furniture showroom, it feels like you’re welcomed into their home. Returning customer and it won’t be our last.
