I visited this place because my regular nail salon didn't have a slot opened and I needed to have my nails done. When I first went in, I had to wait but I didn't mind. I was approached by the manager, and she was the one who instructed me where to sit and was the one who charged my card after the job was done. Afterwards, the person that did my nails didn't do a great job like I'm usually use to. However, I didn't mind because I didn't have an appointment and it was a rush situation. After I got home, I decided to check the receipt to make sure I was charged the correct amount that I was given by the manager. I was shocked to see the price I was charged. It was twice the amount I was quoted. I was charged $180 for the job when it should've been $80. I, immediately, called the salon and spoke with the same manager that had charged me. Instead of taking the blame, she immediately blamed the technician. I told the manager that she was the one that charged my card. Her response was that she added additional charges for products I didn't receive. In addition, after several days I had to start cutting off extra skin that was coming out around my nails. Moral of the story, if the regular place you go to doesn't have a slot and you decide to go somewhere else, ask questions, especially about prices and experience of the technician who is going to work on your nails. Make sure to check your receipt and make sure you're charged exactly what you are supposed to pay. Really disappointed with this place.

Came here not even a week ago for a manicure. Why do my nails look like they did meth? Also, I had to ask the gentleman to file my files more evenly. Not great work! I will not be returning.

2 times I came here. I tip excellent but I will NEVER come back because the woman here doesn't have the skill level. I didn't ask for shiny toe nails. Hope she enjoyed my tips.... place is low grade skill level. Period.

Hidden Gem of Walden!!
I tried another salon and had a horrible experience (see my reviews for details). As a recommendation from a friend, I went to Mia's nails and have been coming back since. Mia and Lee are always kind and give attention to great customer service!! They do an excellent job making sure your nails are done to your liking and that you are happy with your service upon leaving.
Lee, who does my pedicures, is very gentle and gives attention to detail of your preferences and needs. They remember each of their customers here and look to build clientele the right way.
The salon is clean, prices are good, polish doesn't chip and my pedicure lasts a month! You don't need to look elsewhere if you're looking to support local business who does a great job and builds client/customer relationships. ?

I had stopped getting my nails done about 8 years ago because they were always so rough on my hands that they would just for a week due to me having fibromyalgia. Mia is so gentle that I am able to get my nails done again! She does a wonderful job.

I found this place one day by chance and I keep going back. Mia is such a sweetheart. The experience is always so soothing. She is open 7 days a week! She is meticulous and so friendly!

My stepdaughter and I both went to have 2 full sets put on. It's only been 9 days and mine are all lifting. My stepdaughter has lost ine 2 days ago already and hers are lifting also. $170 bucks for horrible service. Very disappointed!!!! Will never return thereServices: Nail designs
