I’m very disappointed by the alterations on my blazer. I paid $40 for my sleeves to be shortened. Adhesive tape was accidentally put on the outside and cannot be removed with water or lighter fluid. The dried adhesive stain can be seen in the pictures.
The stitching on the inside looks unfinished and sloppy. The lining is uneven and when I mentioned all of this to John, he replied saying that it doesn’t matter since you can’t see it from the outside. I paid for professional services to get a professional result, yet I got a haphazardly done product. Adhesive tape was used and so the work cannot be reversed.
If you care about details and want a quality alteration service, I do not recommend this place.

My husband was assured that this business could handle sewing military rank and insignia onto uniforms, there are specific regulations on how insignia is sewed so saying you can do it is not a small deal. When he picked them up they were done so poorly that he had to go on base at West Point and pay to have them fixed. So much for supporting small business…Customer service was severely lacking as well. Incredibly rude.

A real gentleman's tailor in a world full of dry cleaners. they did a great job saving a really poorly fitting pair of pants, and did it quickly. Prices are really reasonable, especially in this economy! go here you won't regret it.

I love this store , very friendly, great tailoring and really great quality clothes. everything you need from socks to suits it’s really a great place !! My favorite is his carhart hoodies, seems to be better quality the other big stores for less $ plus I don’t get little balls on my hoodies !! Quick , convenient!! More Bang for my Buck $$ if you work outdoors this is your place for work gear too ..

Quality of work was good. However first time I paid $12 per pants and when I picked those up I dropped off 2 more pair for the same thing- tapering of the legs. When I went to pick the second batch - the same guy who cashed mw out the first time - charged mw $18 a pair. When I questionsed the price increased from $12-$18 he nonchalantly said will she charge you the wrong price the first time. I just don't understand why he didn't mention this when I picked up pants fans the first time Which would've given me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to pay 1 1/2 times more for the same thing I just got done. His approach an attitude was rude and even though the pants were done well I will never give her business again.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Called and asked if he could have a pair of pants for me and he proceeded to tell me they do not do outside alterations. Then I proceeded to ask him another question and he hung up on me midsentence. I called back and told him that that was unprofessional and he said " well I guess I'm unprofessional then". Clearly this Man does not care about his business or how he deals with others. Highly recommend not to go
