JCruz motors saved the day! The service was 10/10. They explained everything in full detail and I didn’t feel clueless like most girls do. It’s always rough going to get car services done as a woman because so many try to take advantage. That was not my experience here. They took care of me and I couldn’t be more thankful. If you ever have car issues I highly recommend going here! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve brought my car to J Cruz a few times now and the most recent incident was for what I thought was a bigger issue. I was told by a mechanic shop by my job that I needed a whole new blower motor and they were trying to charge me a significant amount only to have J Cruz look at it and it was just a fuse. I appreciated that J Cruz didn’t try to take advantage and consistently are up front and honest. They tell me what my car needs without trying to add on extra costs. I will continue bringing my vehicles here.

Jcruz motors replaced the engine and a few other parts on my 2019 f250 and I've had ZERO ISSUSES.. I've known the owner for many years. The service is phenomenal, and all of their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would take any of my vehicles here for any service or major project!! Highly recommend Josh and his guys!

Great service!! Came to JCruz Motors for a second opinion on my air conditioner system. A different shop wanted to replace my whole AC unit when it wasn't needed. JCruz Motors saved me money by simply charging my AC system and didn't try to take advantage of me. As a female customer I will highly recommend bringing your car to JCruz Motors. JCruz Motors is fair and won't take advantage of a female driver.

I recently took my car to jcruz motors for some routine maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional, and they completed the work in a timely manner. Not only did they address the issue I came in for, but they also did a thorough inspection and provided helpful recommendations for future maintenance.
