The staff is very friendly and helpful. Problem is, not many staff members available at one time, so you may have to wait to get some help. But they do their best. Store is clean and stocked.

I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE WITH CJ AT THE WALDEN AVE LOCATION IN CHEEKTOWAGA, NY!!! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL &- HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE! I CAME IN WITH A WIPER ISSUE &- LEFT COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! I don’t think I’ll ever patronize another auto zone in my city as long as CJ is still working there. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

Most of the staff are knowledgeable. As with all auto parts stores, you will have one of two people who are learning the ropes. ( so to speak)

Tools are so cheap that I bought a hacksaw and tried to use it to cut a small bolt off and it wouldn't do it. The blade kept jumping off so I just threw it away.
