Update: We finally met Krupali, manager, in person. Instead of being sensitive she accused me of being “perfectionist”. No I am not perfectionist, I am just procreating me and my wife from people with higher authority who felt the need to disrespect us. Then she ended our conversation by saying “You should smile more!!!” Why was she acting like she is my mom?December 20, 2023. We relocated to the area a year ago. The staff who helped us open the CD etc was Tammi (and the Manager then). She was impressive with her customer service!!! But the new Manager, even though she was informed by my wife and myself of the mistakes of her staff members for telling us our personal account information without verification, she felt the need to disrespect us. She seemed to not be willing to listen to our complaints. This new Manager rather cut us off with no knowledge why we are complaining in the first place. She had a preconceived notion that we are inadequate. This is unprofessional and no wonder why her staff seemed to not care about offering our personal information on the phone.Maybe this branch needs “Sensitivity Training” to learn how to handle diverse customers. This new Manager, Krupali needs to learn not only to listen but comprehend, if not maybe she is not the right person to lead this branch. We felt discriminated, but we hope that was not the case. She never apologized to us

Wading River Teachers Federal Credit Union. Me and my husband contacted the bank today to discuss our bank account. We spoke to one of the staff who in the middle of our conversation decided to tell me that they had to stop any further financial information over the phone. If she was not able to offer information why say, “How can I help you?” Once my husband spoke to the boss she continually cut into his conversation with her. She was so sure that what my husband was wrong and the company is right. The previous staff that my husband spoke to offered us our financial information which the manager confirmed is not allowed. The manager did say instead that we should call the call center instead. This information should be provided to us initially so as not to cause confusion.As I spoke to the manager who continually cut me off as I was speaking and refused to listen to my concerns and complaints defending herself for what her ideas were. I had to stop her from answering me back and tell her to let your customers finish with what they have to say before responding. Both my husband are furious about how we’re were treated and will go to the credit union to straighten these incidents.

(Edit:) My phone-line just got disconnected, (06/04/21) but my help on the phone was very polite, helpful and knowledgable! I didn't want his help to go unnoticed. (I think his name was Jack?) Either way I'm very satisfied with this locations help inside and over phone :) What a great company with a building of wonderful people. Great job guys!Mary was so incredibly kind and helpful! She did a great job and was very fast and efficient with her work. I couldn't have had a more pleasant banking experience then what I had with her. I'm very grateful to TFCU for hiring such a great employee who does such a good job.

Assistant Manager at this location is very Nasty.She refuses to listen to what you are asking or to help.While applying for a loan I brought with me my pay stubs and tax returns as well as work Id,she said that wasn't good enough proof for my income. When I asked why she snapped and nastily said how do I know it's yours!Ummm maybe look at it and match up the SS numbers duh.So she sends me to my bank to print out my work deposits which I do and bring them back to her and then she says oh there's no bank letterhead on this how do I know you didn't print this at home!I asked if she could call my bank since I remembered who helped me and she says nope!Sooo I go back to my bank and tell them and they can't believe it.Stay clear of this branch it's horrible and very Un professional.Assistant Manager Jenifer E needs to be re trained reguarding customer service and professionalism.

The manager and staff here are very friendly, always helpful. Anything I need they ready to assist me right away. Very convenient hours and easy access. They have a new ATM that is easier to use now. Just wish they has a live cash deposit that posts as available right away like my other bank. Very happy over all!
