He made the whole process super easy. I would recommend going here to speak to him about anything. He helped me with my apple product, as well as a new apple purchase. Even if he is an "android guy" :) He is great. Great location and great personal service! I do have do say one minor bad thing that has NOTHING to do with Charlie and the people in the store or their service. When you try to call the store directly via their 821-5800 phone number, it automatically kicks you over to a call center somewhere else in the world. These people are no help. It is difficult to call the store directly. That's not Charlies fault or the people who work there!HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!!”
“I dropped my phone, half the screen was black and I was unable to use it. I went to T-mobile to purchase a new phone. I got very lucky and had the right person help me. Karla appeared very knowledgeable about the phones and was able to unlock it and confirm my google account without even seeing half of the phone screen by just using her memory of where the numbers are on the phone. She was also very patient. She also showed me options for new phones what the benefits of each phone was, prices, she helped set up my new phone, put on my new screen protector and otter box, and assisted me with setting up a watch I also purchased. She did a great job.”
