Do NOT go. Complete rip off with conparable items selling on Amazon for 30-50% less AND the owner was rude to my 2 year old!! Run!!

I was pressured to purchase a pair of baptismal shoes even though I told the sales assoc I had a pair at home. I went home and realized I liked the pair I already had better. I went back to this store within the 7 day return window and was denied the return. —-Meanwhile the sales assoc mistakenly added an extra bonnet in my bag and I returned it to the store so that they could sell it with the baptismal suit it was supposed to be with. I’m glad I’m an honest customer. Too bad they weren’t an honest seller. Would never return or recommend them…. BTW the shoes were $32 in this store but $18.99 on Amazon.

Terrible experience!I went into the store today to exchange a pair of earrings that I had gotten my Mom for her birthday for a smaller size and got screamed at by the owner, Dawn because the price tag was not on the item. I was told they wouldn’t take them back because they were over there 7 day return policy and had no price tag. I had the receipt from 8/14 and all of the packaging in tact and they were not even taken out of the box! When I originally bought them I said they were a birthday gift for my Mom that I was giving her on 9/3 for her birthday. I was told nothing about a 7 day return policy. A nice girl that helped me offered to wrap them in pretty tissue and take the price tag off so my Mom wouldn’t see what I paid being it was a gift! Dawn, the store owner rudely told me the price tag should not have been taken off and therefore she will not exchange them for me. I tried to explain that the girl who had helped me wrapped them for me had taken the price off but Dawn said she shouldn’t have and they are not responsible. So what is the point of the beautiful gift wrap they offer? You do not give a gift and leave the price tag on I’m sorry, we all know that!!! She then slammed the box of earrings on the counter at me with the receipt and told me she wouldn’t take them back! Wow! I have never in all my years of shopping EVER been treated so poorly! As much as I loved shopping there and gave them tons of business through the years, they definitely need some major help in the customer service department and Dawn needs to tell her employees not to take the price tags off of things if they are going to be so kind as to wrapping them for there customers and then not allowing them to exchange them! Buyers beware-don’t want you to get screamed at or go through what I went through today! Dawn should be ashamed of herself!!! I left the store practically in tears!!! I called Chrislu the manufacturer of the earrings and reported the issue and will now buy direct from them! Found out they are much cheaper too!!!! ?

It was one of the highlights of our trip to the North Fork area. A beautiful hotel conveniently located to the Sound, Riverhead and both forks of Long Island. A very grand atmosphere and large well-appointed rooms. The desk staff and random employees were all very friendly and helpful. No need to find someone to ask as they all greet you and ask you how they may help. The beds were super comfortable, which is very important to me. Did not eat at the restaurants but the grounds are well-manicured and the entire area is very pretty. The only thing I can find fault with is the little details in the room. Two kleenex left in the box with no replacement box. And 1 very small bar of soap that had to shuttle between the sink and shower. Overall, we were very happy and will stay there again.

Do you know that the salon charges differently depending on the stylist you use verses the service rendered, I was not informed of this and it cost me an additional $35.00 for the same service I had done earlier this year because my stylist was on vacation. What a scam! I would not recommend this salon.

Needed a quick get away near to home, The East wind was the perfect choice. Staff was very friendly, Bar is well stocked with friendly attentive bartenders. Highlight for me was the spa! Amazing 80 min. massage with Theresa followed by a full body scrub and facial with Cat. Both experienced professionals. Made for the perfect spa experience. Spa was clean and followed all covid regulations. Looking foward to returning when all amenities are available. Dont leave without spending time at the Carousel shops! 2cute!

Wow, I drove past this place a hundred times and am so disappointed I never stopped. Immaculate grounds and building, large hallways and rooms. This is a great location with a great spa and many things to do close by. Shopping market area on property, and not expensive. Don't drive by this one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service!!! Do NOT give them your business much better venues out there that are willing to earn your business not steal it from you. I can see a non refundable deposit but you should refund the rest!!! Covid has affected everyone what happened to we are all in this together. You are Disgusting!!!
