Ace Hardware Wading River is a locally owned and helpful hardware store that is part of the community. Customers find it a very nice place that is very clean and well stocked. While not as big as other stores, it is way easier and more pleasant to shop at, and at least nine out of ten times has what people need. The friendly and very helpful staff are consistently praised. Employees are super nice, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They are patient, courteous, and kind, helping to relieve customer anxieties and make the shopping experience much easier and more pleasant. Staff help pick out the best products and ensure customers have everything they need, with service that truly stands out. This dedication is why many customers always like shopping there, highly recommend the store, and choose it even when it is not the closest.
