“Had a pleasant and easy experience shipping off a package at this location. They do not offer free tape at this location and it’s printed there. I believe I saw there’s a 24 hour lobby that the public can use from what I saw posted on their door. Ken came out of the back and helped me pick the cheapest package and printed out my QR code for my shipping label and put it right on the package for me too. I believe the QR code is the only way they can print your label. Thanks again usps and shoutout to Ken. Kind service too.”

“After a driver attempted a delivery that needed my signature but didn’t see the release form I had left on the porch, I was good and mad when I submitted the form online to give instructions for a delivery the next business day. Then, almost immediately after i submitted the form I received a text message from the delivery manager telling me she was going to send the driver back immediately! It was fantastic service!! Carissa Palella, you went above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience and we got the delivery we needed on Friday instead of having to wait until Monday. Bravo!!!”

“Not to be confused with the Southbreast, which is the nickname of a girl I knew who was born with a boob where her jayjay was supposed to be.These days I drive everywhere, but when I lived in Southern California (you know nobody walks in LA), ironically I did so without a car, and used to get around using buses and sometimes trains and very often planes. So basically John Candy without the excess weight.I flew to so many airports in the west end of the country on Southwest, from Boise to Portland to Spokane to Seattle to Sacramento, Vegas, Orange County, San Diego, and so many more, according to my flight records (a personal record I keep of all flights I've taken.I was in and out of Albany just once... my partner and love of my life lived in Buffalo, and if it were much cheaper, or if we were heading to NYC, I sometimes flew into other NY state cities or nearby cities. Albany had a much more understated airport than I expected, but it was nice and clean.I can't even count the number of flights I took from Los Angeles International to places like San Diego, Las Vegas, and much further afield back home to New York and Buffalo via other places like Detroit.I used to basically live in LAX although I also flew Southwest to or from places like San Diego and Las Vegas and even from Hollywood (Burbank) once, and John Wayne in Orange County on three occasions when I was living in San Juan Capistrano. And so many more.Southwest Airlines was amazing back in those days, and it's a little bit less great now, but it's still one of the better ones of a bad bunch, and they're still a little bit less likely to be ripping you off for things like baggage and whatnot. And I appreciate that.They're still my favourite airline, even though like most other airlines they've definitely had some major setbacks after 9/11, and in terms of the economy.”

The staff working here are always kind and more than happy to answer my questions about how to ship items to ensure they arrive properly and promptly. I now purposely avoid other less desirable post offices near my home to go to this one instead!”

“Great experience ordering business cards amd buying supplies for my office. I was warmly greeted and offered assistance. I met a guy named Frank, I think he was the Mgr. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.
The store is clean, well lit, and nicely laid out. About every aisle I entered an employee offered if they could help me.
I work for the State but have to purchase alot of my own office products for reimbursement, so I will definitely return and recommend it to my colleagues in NY Courts.
As far as the negative reviews I read, well I guess some people are just better off at Walmart.
If you need professional assistance, this is the place to come.”
“I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.”

“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”

“A solid post office. This is a good, honest post office in my experience. I have lived upstate for a while and I feel fortunate that this is my local post office because if your local one is bad it can really be the bane of one's existence regardless of how nice a place you live.I would also like to mention that the staff here are wonderful and will go out of their way to be of assistance to you which has not gone unappreciated by me. Jacob, Maddie, and Justin (new carrier) have all gone above and beyond in assisting me during a difficult time (being temporarily displaced from my apt due to construction then being moved back) and I had to mention them.Thanks so much to Jacob in particular for going out of his way to locate, scan and hand me my mail shortly after closing one rainy, stressful day when my mail was being held... the kind of customer service you don't often get.Thank you Heritage Station for hiring friendly and high quality staff.”

“I had a really great experience with a Saturday afternoon (3:00 p.m.) passport appointment. I scheduled the appointment about 10 days in advance. There is a designated office within the PO for passport appointments. I showed up a few minutes early for the appointment and the agent, K. Clark, got my paperwork started prior to the appointment time. He was extremely professional and efficient and got the process finished in less time than anticipated. I was extremely worried about all of the negative reviews and experiences, but I had to roll the dice as this was the only place that I found to have Saturday afternoon appointments available. I am grateful to be able to share a positive experience.”
