Jeff and Adam at Auto Cosmetics and their staff were great to work with. Constant communication and providing a true understanding of everything being done.
Our car looks exactly the same as before we hit a coyote. I would immediately recommend them to anyone who is in need of collision work on their vehicle.

Had a little mishap so I brought it in to AUTO COSMETICS OF VOORHEESVILLE.They took a look ordered the parts and I had the car back in a few days, and it was perfect. I was concerned because the paint was metalic and I wanted it to match and it did. Great job.

Jeff and his team are a great bunch. I went to them with a bumper that was falling off and needed attention. They fixed it in less than 15 minutes and did not charge me. That’s right, they didn’t charge me. They just said I could write a Google review if I wanted. I will recommend them every chance I get. BTW the dog is a gem also. Thanks, Jeff!

If you're having a hard time finding an honest collision repair shop that does quality work, look no further! From the day I dropped my car off for repairs, I knew it was in good hands. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job repairing my car and dealing with the insurance company (who wanted to total my car because they used the wrong model to determine value). Jeff advocated for me and the insurance company realized their mistake and repairs were able to continue. The quality of work was top notch, communication was excellent, and the car was repaired quickly and returned back to me with a freshly cleaned interior, too! Thanks for your hard work, Auto Cosmetics. I hope I don't have to get any collision work done in the future, but if I do, these guys are who I'm going to!
