HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. zero stars for this cleaners. my family has been going to them for YEARS! I decided to get the dress for my bridal shower tailored, as I had the dress on we noticed a pen mark and the lady said she can get it out. I picked up the dress a week later. went home and tried the dress on, the inside layer of the dress was longer than the top layer. I brought the dress back to them, put it on and showed her. she told me that my hips got bigger and that's why the dress is messed up. I paid 140$ for this. she said she could fix it but all she did was make the straps of the dress longer so now the straps are falling off my shoulders. the lady was so RUDE! she walked away from me when I tried telling her that I wanted a refund. she told me that they dry cleaned the dress even though THE TAG SAYS "DO NOT DRY CLEAN" . when I asked for a refund she turned her back on me would not refund me. the customer service is HORRIBLE I do not recommend this place what so ever .

They do zero tailoring and they decide prices on the brand you bring it. $35 to make my jeans tighter last time was $18. A complete scam, waste of money & the quality of work is awful. O

I went to this Dry Cleaners last month for the first time last month for a Alteration. The items appeared to be done correctly until I got home and tried the pieces on. The bottoms were still to long. The Woman that's usually at the counter was Incredibly Rude on my first visit, after I left I wanted to go back and get my items but I left them. The Alterations were Overpriced and then they weren't done correctly. On my second visit there was no apology and she actually blamed me for how they were done. I went there today to get my items, there was no Hello! or Smile she Pointed to my items and Grunted There with a Huge Scowl on her face that was Minus a Mask. I will Never go back nor would I ever recommend this Business. Only go to this Business if your a Glutton for The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!.

They cleaned some dirty sweaters I brought in but more importantly they did a superb job fixing three cashmere sweaters that had worn through or had other problems. I didn't think two of them could be fixed at all- I brought them in to ask if they could cut those up to use to patch the third one. She said no, can't use sweater material as a patch but I'll fix all of them. And she did.

Very disappointed. Brought in delicate expensive sweaters that needed to be folded, NOT on hangers.
I requested that they be folded and bagged. On picking them up they were all on hangers, and one
sweater, which I had worn only once was horribly stretched out in the shoulders, ruined, and twice it’s original size. Will NOT be returning.
