Andy was amazing, helped get me set up with a new phone, even came out to my car (several times!) to help me reconnect with apple car play & to make sure I had the right charges, etc…He was amazing!! If you are in the area, def worth going to this Verizon location!!! Super efficient, courteous & helpful!! My phone was repaired by Abdul on Saturday by Tuesday something happened to it the screen went black I was able to see information in the car but not on the physical screen. I’m on a family plan with Verizon and there were some hurdles I had to overcome to make my line upgrade eligible. He was on the line with Andrew from their Hempstead location and these guys worked their magic. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of any cellphone services!”
