We got my engagement and wedding bands here. We had gone to 3 other stores before we went to Zales looking at engagement rings. When I saw the ring in the display I wasn't sure if I like it. The lady helping us told me to try it on since rings can look different on. As soon as I put the engagement ring on I knew it was the one! She also helped us find wedding bands to match the ring. I ended up getting two bands to go on either side of the ring and then sautered all of the rings together. Everyone is always so helpful and kind at the store!

Cannot recommend enough!! Hilary is amazing, and I don’t know how we could have done this without her. My fiancé and I have had her help us with the entire process as we buy our rings- get them resized- and she has been so patient and helpful! My fiancé and I have purchased our engagement and now our wedding bands here and have had a wonderful experience each time! The service is friendly, you may wait a bit depending on the day but they’re always quick to acknowledge you when you walk in. Repair/resizing and cleaning services are pretty fast as well.
