We have purchased several items from Williams-Sonoma over the years. The shop is beautifully set out and well stocked. The items are not for everyone as they are on the more expensive end of the market.
The staff are always courteous and helpful. However Haley stood out the most on this occasion. Professional as well as friendly and very knowledgeable about the products.
If you can’t find what you are looking for in store, a computer is available for you to place your order and it’s delivered to your abode.
If you are willing to spend a little more for good quality items then this is the place for you.

DO NOT BUY ALL CLAD PANS From Williams-Sonoma.
I spent near $2,000 on an All-Clad 15 piece pots and pan set from Williams-Sonoma.
For a pot and pan set at this price point, you would expect it would give lifetime quality and use.
All-Clad will, and did not honor their lifetime warranty!
I only had an issue with one pan, roughly about a $250 12" nonstick D5 pan.
I sent in pictures of the pan by email to All-Clad where it clearly shows the defective pans metal is flaking only in the area where screws connect to the handle!
All-Clads response from the supervisor Marissa,
'You cannot tap at all on the rim of there pans because it will compromise the non stick area to peel'
I told Marissa I had all plastic utensil's, she then stated you cannot even use Wooden Spoons on there pans????
The area of pan that's flaking is where the screws are connecting handle!!! DEFECTIVE!!!
She also stated my set is an older version???
Ok.... so thats your reason to not honor lifetime warranty Marissa???
Attached is a close up of the defective area of the pan. The only area on the pan where the metal is flaking is where the screws connect to the handle.
Clearly manufactures DEFECT PERIOD!
No wonder All-Clad has a C Rating on BBB.
Buyers Beware!!! Do Not Buy All-Clad at Williams-Sonoma or anywhere.

The staff helped me locate a large baking pan that I had ordered online but that was delayed. I was able to purchase the pan in store and cancel the online order without trouble. It's a high quality item that I will get many years of use from.

They do not treat their young colored customers with respect. I was not asked for any help as I was browsing the store for 20 minutes with my partner, while a slightly older white couple received help immediately and was even greeted by the staff. It has happened multiple times.Perhaps they staff here shouldn't be judgemental.. feels a little racist and ageist when I entered.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option for that. I purchased a candle online on their website where they stated they had stock for pick up. After a few days I found out my order was cancelled due to no stock. I check on their website again and it still says they have stock. I contacted customer support for help and the person was so rude. She didn't even listen to what I'm asking nor did she try to help my situation. I've never experienced such terrible customer service. I tried to contact their customer support online for more help and to complain about the terrible service I received on the phone. They said they would get back to me in 72 hours. It's been 5 business days and I still haven't heard back. For a store that sells such expensive stuff, this is the worst customer service I've received and it is not acceptable. I will not come back to make any purchases here and I warn others to stay away.EDIT: It's been over 2 months by now. After I've tried to contact customer service through their site, they just decided to blatantly ignore it completely. I did NOT get ANY replies whatsoever, nor did any customer service reach out to me about the issue I had about my order. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. And especially from a company that charges $60+ for a candle. Your money is better off spent at any other company who at least cares about their customers.

Ordered a 4 sets of Christmas tiny taper candleholders and candles in October. The candles were shipped to my cousin in Texas but the holders were never delivered. Customer service sent a second set of holders through the same service (Lonestar Overnight) that lost the first one. According to Lonestar tracking the package has been in Plano Texas since 11/29. 12/3 after contacting WS customer service I am told the candleholders are no longer available but I can go to one of about 70 stores that still might have stock. None of those stores are within 50 miles of where I live.
