1st and last vehicle my husband and I will ever purchase from them...they were great during the sale but when the messed up the paper work and I called them they didn't return my call and didn't return my husband's calls....by the way the issue still isn't resolved....they never paid off the loan on the vehicle we traded in and I had to make a payment so my credit doesn't get harmed

I've been a Jeep owner since 2000 and spent the majority of my time since with another dealership. Dan Allen was referred to me and he turned out to be far and away, the best salesperson I've ever worked with! He was the consummate professional, friendly and extremely personable. I very much appreciated how straightforward he was. He kept in regular communication with me, truly listened to me, what I was looking for, kept it real and skipped all of the salesperson antics. I won't hesitate even one second to work with Dan again and am glad I've made the switch to Victor Jeep.

If I could give this dealership and the whole team 10 Stars I would!!! As soon as I spoke to Tegan on the phone I knew that this was gonna be a great experience. He listened to all my wants and desires to get out of a lease and into a new vehicle.When I met my salesman kevin he was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy, he even had a vehicle pulled up and ready for me to drive. The owner Matt left no leaf unturned. As a woman , shopping for a vehicle can be very intimidating and scarey, but Victor Chrysler jeep didn't miss a single detail. They made me feel comfortable and confident in trusting their process. I even met martin, the service manager and his team was willing to transfer all my "mods" to my new jeep, without any hesitation.Absolutely awesome experience!!!!

Stay as far away as possible, I have been dealing with this place for 2 weeks, we agreed on terms and then they switch it, added 3% to my financing, added $800 to my warranty, took $2000 off my trade in and said it was for a different vehicle, I get insurance on the new vehicle and go to pick it up, the serpentine belt is squealing, loud thud noises in the rear end and they couldn't be bothered to detail all 5 of the tires since its a jeep, then cut the offer in half on my trade in when i get there, working with the gm was like being on deal or no deal, everything was I need to talk to the owner or the owner said this, they are as shady and unprofessional as they come, this is the first review I have ever written by the way, stay away from them

I was visiting the Victor area and my “car play stopped working. I called the Victor Chrysler dealership and spoke to Dan, a salesman. Dan agreed to look at my van to see if he could fix it. I drove it over and Dan was able to determine that it was the cord that was causing the problem. Problem solved. Dan was such a nice guy to help me out even though I hadn’t bought my car from him.

1 week to solve a battery cable and battery replacement problem. Unacceptable! Conflicting updates when we called repeatedly. If I could give no stats I would.

I bought a 2020 Ram Big Horn. I came in late on a Saturday not sure I really wanted to buy the truck. I had a car that I hated but it got me where I needed to be. We have another Ram pick up so I knew what I was driving. Brendon and Dave were so easy and nice. They gave us numbers that we could work with and came to terms. Because it was past closing on a Saturday and winter storm was raging. All was tabled until Monday morning. A deal was stuck and I picked up my new truck on Tuesday. We were in and out in about 20mins with the keys in hand. This process could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend Victor CDJR for your families needs.

I just recently had the BEST experience at this dealership! I traded in my Chevy for a Jeep and can’t talk enough of how amazing Kevin and Carmen were. Everyone is extremely professional and very welcoming. I’m definitely the type of person that gets overwhelmed with the transition of vehicles but the employees here made it so smooth for me. Seriously can’t thank them enough and will for sure recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle!

This place is amazing they make you feel like family they have snacks, hot coffee, hot, chocolate, cozy waiting room. This is the first time I’ve actually felt like a person to a car dealership like I actually mattered like I wasn’t just a number. Do not buy from Kevin, he lacks honesty and integrity. He is pushy and does not value the customer’s time. Although the service department has done good mechanical work on my trucks in the past, someone in 2021 smoked in my truck (with a car seat in the back) while it was in the shop.

Victor CDJR It’s not only the best Chrysler dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life it’s the best car dealership experience I’ve ever dealt with period ! First of all, their new accommodations are absolutely state of the art!It’s the most state of the art dealership you’ll ever walk into for starters. Not only did I get the best price ever on tires for a non-Chrysler product, but they also offered to come and pick me up since I didn’t have transportation to the dealership after the work was done.How often does that perk show up?The bottom line is that I got tires that I didn’t think I would be able to afford that turned out to be a super deal since it was a buy three get one free. There was no other tire dealership in Rochester offering the same thing.Hats off to the entire dealership and know that I will be back in soon to get new tires for my Pacifica.And after having purchased three vehicles at VICTOR CDJR, there’s no turning back!

Kevin (sales) was great from start to finish. They were patient with driving multiple models and test fitting our car seat. We made a great deal and felt well taken care of from the start. We took delivery the next business day and love our new jeep!
