Car wash worked but was way over charged. I used the individual booths. It was $4 for 4 minutes with a max charge of $10, thus approximately 10 minutes for $10. However, I scanned my card and got only 7 minutes before the machine shut off, despite being charged $10. I then had to pay $4 in cash to complete the wash. I will never go back.

While the structure (and outside tech) looks a bit neglected from the outside, once inside this place is state of the art. Compared to my regular touchless was this one is 21st century, and a bargain.

Usually no wait. Easier on car then spinning brushes and pads.

The prices are reasonable for their monthly plans. The quality of all of their 24/7 touch less washes is great even a low package as long as you have a good wax or ceramic or graphene under. The car comes out spotless and gleaming.... The great benefit for this touch less was is that there are no metal tracks on the ground to scratch the rims of your ride. You just drive in and stop when the light tells you to stop... Wish there were more of the touch less bays vs the "self serve" bays that are plentiful. There ALWAYS seems to be a wait to get into the touch less bays, because it's so popular with all trucks and cars such as Model Y Performance with it's fat 275's in the rear and 255's in the front 21" low profile Uberturbine wheels.... Not a scratch on them❗ I can only imagine how expensive it must be to have a touchless bay but really there should be more than one at the Fairport location and only two at the Victor location. Meanwhile there are three self-service bays that are seldom ever used and there's obviously never wait for those....

Great DIY car wash place! I like that they take credit cards!

Clean simple to use and great results. The only minor issue is some blowers don’t work good. I usually towel dry anyways.I haven’t used the vacuums and I only use self wash stations not the automatic machine. So I can’t give feedback on those parts.

I like the one in Palmyra better than the one in Macedon. The under and side sprayer in Macedon is way too aggressive.

Good for a quick wash. It's not perfect. There were a ton of areas that still looked dirty after.

Paid $12 to use automatic car wash. Door wouldn't open. Business was packed so i couldn't go forward or backward for several minutes. Also couldn't find a person or a number to call to get service or a refund. I get you can't be there 24/7. But is one of the busiest times bc it was so nice out. Sorry but never going back.

The car wash is truly touch less and only sprays water. Much better than all the brushes. It's reliable however kind of expensive. I would us this place again.

I used this car wash daily to minimize risk of scratching at traditional washes. This time after having brand new wheels mounted As I was leaving, there was a deep drain hole at the exit of the wash. The hole bent my brand new wheel. The owner told me that their shops said there was no way I could’ve bent my wheel at a low speed and the only possibilities were me going 70+ mph and hitting a pothole. Then the owner also said my independent mechanic could’ve dropped my wheel. Which makes no sense. I will not be returning and advise anyone with nice wheels and those that have any vehicle with low suspension avoid them entirely.

Sprayer type do-it-yourself carwash. I take the motorcycles as it is lots easier to spray them than you do the soap-and-bucket thing at home. I take quarters. It was tricky learning how the timer works. You do the first three minutes, then as that winds down you can add additional time. However, you can only add one minute or maybe two, not another three minutes. I was putting quarters in and the timer was not moving - silly me. Take extra cash your first time as you will learn how much time to spend on each phase through trial-and-error.

Where to start...I used to go to this car wash all the time (the one in Victor), even before they updated all the bays with new equipment. I have taken three different vehicles here over the years and for the most part did my thing. The last time I went, which will be the last time I ever go given the result, I used one of the self-wash bays and their vacuum hose came off the nozzle and scratched my literally 4 week old car. I am sure this wash is great for many people but after paying to have my cars paint/ceramic coat re-done I won't bother coming back. And yes I did bring this to their attention and yes they reviewed and said I was not at fault and ultimately did nothing to offset my out of pocket cost or hassle of back and forth to fill out reports etc. If you go here, I recommend only ever using the automatic wash.
