“I called in to this store and spoke to Vicky. I called asking about the status of my overnight package which I had not received at the expected time (3hrs late). Receiving the package on time was very important to me and my weekend revolved around it’s delivery - which is why I felt comfortable paying the $111 shipping cost.
I asked Vicky about the status of my package and the possibility of a refund, if any, considering it’s late status. She sympathized with my situation immediately and told me she was going to take the appropriate steps to provide me with the answers I needed. I received a call back from her within 10 minutes after she made several phone calls, one of which was to a UPS location in NH.
I can only assume Vicky expressed my situation efficiently and with a sense of urgency because I received the call back from her within 10 minutes. Although my package will not be here until Monday, I am now able to plan my weekend accordingly by not having to wait at my apartment for another 4 hours for a package that will not be here today.
Even though my package will be late, I can comfortably leave my apartment and enjoy the rest of my weekend because of Vicky! This might not seem like a big deal, but it’s the little things that count. Vicky deserves some recognition from upper management!”
