We met our sweet Abby tabby cat a week ago and absolutely fell in love. Everyone at the rescue was knowledgeable about all the cats and honest about their behaviors if there were any. We brought Abby home with us and she was shy at first but has since come right out of her shell. Her eye started watering and the rescue got us right in and treated her without cost. Pet pride is an amazing rescue and we would absolutely use them again!!

I adopted my kitten here about a month ago and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I called a few times for extra information as this is the first kitten I've had and they answered a lot of my questions! I would say though I would have liked a little more information in the packet they give out about the procedures once they are spayed/neutered because this being my first kitten, I wasn't aware that you should prevent them from jumping as much as possible and watch out if they are not using the bathroom after 72 hours (which my kitten was not doing) or not eating properly and I had a pretty big scare. They did let me know to check around the scar for any redness or bumps to make sure it doesn't get infected but maybe a little bit more details in the (already nicely constructed) packet they give out. But overall really great experience and I'd definitely go back to adopt again!

My family and I went to visit today all the little furry kitten and adult ones. We spent about an hour and a half socializing with everyone who was awake. We love the place and how the staff and volunteers take care so nicely of each of the resident felines. We are planning to go back again.

tl;dr - if you're looking to adopt a cat, you should visit Pet Pride first.I adopted two kittens here. It's a literal cat sanctuary. To say that the people who work here care about cats is an understatement. They were so supportive in helping me select the right cats for my household, and put no pressure on me. The people who foster for them also definitely love the cats they care for. All in all, a great experience and I am so happy to have adopted my adorable kittens here.

I am still upset about this place. It's been over a year since my childhood cats were put down here, and I'm reminded every day from the keychains of them on my phone that I didn't do enough for them. We were in contact with this place before we brought them in, so they had the means to contact us. But when our healthy cats got sick and had to be put down, they didn't tell us anything. You might assume that surrendered cats aren't cared about anymore, but it was the only choice we had and we loved them dearly... Which is why we brought them here, and not elsewhere. If I knew that they were sick, I'd have driven straight there to hold them while they got put down, but instead they died alone and scared. Any place that cares about their animals would've TRIED to reach out to us to be there for them. We wouldn't have even known that they died if my sister hadn't reached out to check on them, and even after the first one was put down, I messaged a week later to check on the other one just to find out he was put down too, again, without telling us ANYTHING. Furthermore, my sister was angrily messaging them at the same time as me calmly messaging them, and due to this, my asking about if anyone held them while they were put down and if we'd be able to get their remains, was ignored. All I have is a tattoo of their paw prints that I had no intention of adding halos over...

A bit late to review but I adopted such a sweet boy (froggy, now known as Jax) from this facility a few months ago. It was a wonderful experience start to finish! The cats are all lovely and have a very clean and spacious environment to roam! The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the different cats personalities. The adoption it’s self Was also a very quick and easy process! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to adopt a cat!

I was really amazed by the physical space the cats have at Pet Pride, it's like a first class hotel for these kitties waiting for their forever homes. The staff have constant interactions with the cats which helps them learn about their personalities. This is very helpful for matching adopters to adoptees. We found our perfect fur friend there and highly recommend checking Pet Pride out if you're looking to adopt a cat or kitten.

My husband and I went there yesterday to meet Shelby. After an hour we took her home with us. We live 45 minutes away and she did great with the car ride. The shelter was cleaner than any shelter I have ever seen and the staff was very patient and helpful. With Shelby being 2 and never having lived in a home we weren’t sure if she would come around, she was very shy. When we first let her out of her carrier when we got home around 6pm she immediately ran into a cubby on our tv stand and that was her comfort zone so she stayed there for a while, by 11pm she was ready to explore, about 2 hours after we went to bed she even got brave enough to jump up in our bed. So far so good. She is coming along much faster than we expected. She even ate all of her food. More pictures to follow

This place was so rude when we called to try and have them take our cat. They blamed us and the person we tried to rehome him too. Instead of telling us if they could take him or not, they tried to tell us how we should try and change our life to keep him. Made us feel ashamed. I do not recommend this place at all.
