The only place I'll buy a rug or let clean one of ours. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. They have a huge selection of gorgeous rugs as well. There's not many things I take pride in ownership of more than a beautiful oriental rug and Orienatl Rug Mart has them.

I have purchased 4 rugs from Oriental Rug Mart over the last 5 years and each time has been a wonderful experience. Their selection is vast and I can usually find what I'm looking for within their available inventory. Best of all, when I can't, they have the ability to design and fabricate custom rugs to my specifications through their network of craftspeople in various countries around the world. My latest purchase was a custom hand-knotted rug from India. The process requires care and attention to detail (and a little patience on my part), but the folks at ORM make it all work smoothly and provide the utmost in customer service and communication every step of the way. I would recommend this company and the family that runs it to anyone in search of quality rugs that will last for generations. We are lucky to have them as a resource in our city.

Very Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. My family has purchased several rugs and they last and are so beautiful. I won a vintage rug through an online auction and brought it to them to be cleaned along with a small rug from the 1920's to be cleaned and repaired. They are the only ones I trust with my rugs. Always have very positive experiences here

Just what you want in a business, wonderful selection, reasonable pricing, very knowledgeable staff and caring owners. The staff spent more than enough time with us, we selected two beautiful rugs. They delivered them in a couple of days and we couldn’t be happier with them. Skip the other stores and do yourself a favor, see Oriental Rug Mart in East View Mall.

The customer service here was fantastic! They explained all of the different materials, how the rugs were made, and spent time with me looking for the right rug. I left with one rug (which they brought to my car for me) and have plans to return and buy more. I would highly recommend giving this store a shot over going to a big box store any day.

I recommend this store without reservation. The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and kind. We have purchased an absolutely beautiful rug there. The employees encouraged us to bring home multiple rugs to try, with no pressure to purchase. They helpfully taught us how to roll the rugs up for easy transportation, and loaded them into our car for us. It's a good thing we got to try the rugs out, because we are totally confident in the selection we made. It was a difficult choice to make, given the amazing variety available in the store! We have also made use of the other services offered; we have had rug pads made for rugs we already owned, and we currently have a decorative woven piece being cleaned. I'm glad to know that in the future they offer cleaning and repair services, should we ever need them. It also goes to show that they truly know their products inside and out.

We had an excellent experience with knowledgeable and personable owners of the Oriental Rug Mart. They let us take rugs out to try out in our space, and delivered them, even though there was no guarantee we’d buy the rugs. When we did purchase the rug from them and the shipment was delayed for reasons outside of their control, they loaned us a more expensive rug. Overall, we are very happy with our experience working with them and will buy from them in the future.

My entire experience was outstanding! Everyone at this family run business is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I felt no pressure during my two visits to their showroom. I ultimately purchased two rugs on my second visit and couldn't be happier. The rugs look even more amazing in my home than I could have imagined!

Over the past several months I have had rugs cleaned and repaired.I was totally impressed with the repairs because the damage was severe. The cleaning seemed to bring my rugs back to life again. I highly recommend the Oriental Rug Mart for any work involving oriental rugs. They are the best without question!

Some reviews are easier to write than others. This is one of them. If you are in the market for a fine quality rug; with a large selection from which to choose and with experienced and knowledgeable people available to help you with your selection, then you will not be disappointed by your visit to this store. Having lived in 8 states over the years; and having dealt with numerous fine rug stores, this store stands out. Why? Among many things, the owner is on site and engaged in day to day business. Clearly, he has set a high standard of excellence for all his team. It was a delight to deal with them.
