Custome framing is hit or miss at Michael's. So when I found that the framer working at my local shop was awesome, I was relieved because I took a few pieces there on their 80% clearance sale. Nina was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Would love to work with her again.

This is a review of the customer service at this store. I needed a face mask for an Uber and Stef one of the employees was incredibly nice. She gave me one of her own stock despite the store being out. Hope her boss sees this and promotes her/gives her a raise

I found out Michaels now offers a 25% coupon if you shop online and do in store delivery same day while shopping in store. This is a tremendous help and I use Target and Wegmans similar services often. I already had a cartful so I asked if it was possible to get the discount in store and they understandably said no. I went ahead and ordered it all online and even gave the women my shopping cart so that they didn't have to go pull the items. I was then told it would take their computers 30 minutes to even accept the order. I could order and drive to target in less time and pick up my online order without getting out of the car. Frustrated, but ok I left and said I would return later for pick up. Three hours later I had heard nothing so into the store I went only to be told it wasn't ready because they hadn't pulled the items yet. I reminded them I had already shopped the items and they were sitting in the cart. They said they had to look into it and so I left again, only to get an email 20 minutes later that it was done. I went back and returned the items immediately. I can't help but wonder why retail is failing with such terrible service. I should also point out the store was not busy any of the times I went in and there were many workers. Thus, even if I hadn't pulled all the items myself why had they not done so, it had been three hours! Michaels needs to get this new program together or give it up.

Went to buy a cricut air here and not one staff member could help me and explain how it worked. The manager on call did not even know anything about this product. Was really upset and discouraged about buying one. Ended up returning it and buying it at JoAnn Fabrics where they were very helpful & knowledgeable about the product and 40.00 cheaper.

Horrible customer service at the framing department by Meg. We wanted to try out a frame. Meg was reluctant to do so as she was worried about extra work that she would have to do in repackaging it. The conversation quickly became unpleasant and she continued to be rude. So we left the store and bought the frame from elsewhere.

First and foremost, you can always find a 40% off coupon in the sunday paper. They have a large stock of items and the staff are very helpful. The customer service is exceptional.
