I just had the best shopping experience with a salesman named Art. I usually hate shopping for anything that requires someone to help me. I.e. cars, mattresses, computers, etc. This was totally different than what I expected. He wasn't pushy or phony, and he gave me his honest opinions of the mattresses based on cost and quality so I could make an educated decision. I definitely would send a friend or family member to him specifically. He is easy-going and I didn't leave feeling like I was ripped off! Thanks Art and Metro Mattress for a great shopping experience!

We arrived to just gain information on the differences of available mattresses for the future. Caitlin was our sales person and she was so informative, polite, patience -just a really nice professional person. We ended up buying a king size adjustable luxeadapt mattress.

We went to the Victor NY location and the manager (?) Caitlin and her manager Stevan were wonderful! Caitlin walked us through each mattress and helped us decide which firmness, bed type and base we wanted. She was super knowledgeable and was able to get our bed delivered the very next day!! I can’t say enough good about Metro Mattress!

The salesman whom we had was Dylan. He was courteous and professional. Dylan took his time with us, answered all our questions and helped us find a good mattress that was within our budget. He demonstrated extraordinary patience and was an affable fellow.
