They told her she would have to try and get customers to add to their purchases. “I always enjoy shopping at the Victor Kohl's. My return visit was to purchase a garden sign I had seen on my previous visit. The sign was still available and it was on sale and I was able to purchase it using my $10 bonus. I was a "very happy camper"!”

“Above average quality, comfortable clothing at a very reasonable price. The manager at this store goes out of her way for the customer. If you find something to purchase, and your correct size is not in stock, the manager will gladly order it in your size and have it shipped to you at no additional cost. I have owned Eddie Bauer clothing for many years. They are one of the few clothing brands that will look as good as new after several washes, and remain nice looking for several years.”

“First went here in June. Worked with an ukraine girl. Amazing person. Ordered a grey suit. Looked great but needed alterations (don’t agree that after spending $700 I should be paying for alterations, but all good) when I got there. I was helped by a fat slob woman who was very unskilled, and very unprofessional. Basically shouldn’t even be working there with how worthless she is. Suit pants were ripped and was supossed to be fixed. They were not. Even though the note said “fix pants” no big deal. The suit jacket itself, because it had been altered, changed the top of the suit. That needed to be altered. (Pay us 32$ more) not a chance. That made me very angry. I’m not gonna pay over $100 in alterations and keep paying for them. The store owner, or manger is awesome. He took over the situation after the fat slob woman basically walked away and would not help anymore. Really should fire her, or you are going to lose a lot of business. Believe me, I would have walked out of that store if it wasn’t for the owner of the store. He told me “suit looked good on you, let’s get you some shirt options and look over everything” said “no more payment on alterations we will fix this for you.” Thats what I wanted and he made it happen. Why was that so hard with the other employee? She had zero customer service skills. Looks like eating is the only thing she’s good at. Would easily be a 1 star rating had the owner not cared. He went above and beyond. I will return to the store for future business based solely on his professionalism and knowledge.”
