Cashier stole my item: She charged me for it and never put it in the bag. I bought several items and didn't notice until I check my receipt. When I called the store the "manager" I spoke to was very unhelpful and sounded as she could've cared less. I think the staff at this store practice this swipe and keep scheme/scam often. Home goods needs to find better employees, yes the economy is not great at the moment but there is no honor among thieves!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Staff including management were disgustingly rude. I tried to buy a charcuterie board with a knife as a Christmas gift and the manager refused to sell me the knife because it wasn’t attached to the board despite them being together on the shelf. Management was blatantly rude to both me and my mother. I used to love this store, but will not be back after this.

Has stuff you need. Went to Home Goods which you can’t review. There they have helpful staff as I learned what a Euro Pillow sham is now. If you need knowledge like this or chachkes you don’t need it’s a great place. I found good snacks like tiny bites that I did not need to eat in the car on the way home.

We went in around 8.40pm. The guy at the register looked at us like we came after hours. For a moment I thought it was closed and they aren’t allowing people in. Then I saw a few guests inside the store.
The guy kept looking at me like eye following me.
I was quick in and out, but that treatment wasn’t welcoming. And I’d never go back.
