Didn’t receive the same courtesy as Kate’s review below. We were not allowed to try on clothes with 30 left before closing. Yet multiple people were leaving the changing room as we were inquiring about trying on a few things. Won’t be returning.. employee was a clown

I was at the mall rushing to pull together some last minute vacation outfits and I saw exactly what I needed in the window of H&M 4 minutes before closing. Maggie greeting me with the best customer service and assured me I would have time to try on my item and check out and she would meet me at the cash registered. She even asked if she could hold anything for me while I tried it on. By the time I checked out it was a few minutes after closing and she was still so sweet and helpful. 10/10 experience.

while shopping here a male employee approached me and asked for my personal information. before he approached me he was staring at me for quite some time. very uncomfortable experience. will not be returning here

We took 4 of our kids for back to school shopping tonight. We got in line very close to closing time but allowed two other people ahead of us because they had small purchases. While they cashed out I pulled to an empty register and began removing hangers in an attempt to help the cashier since we had a large purchase at 8pm. A female employee approached me with a snarky tone to tell me the register wasn’t open. With a smile I stated, “Yes I know. I’m just taking the hangers off to be helpful.” She then turned to the cashier and rolled her eyes. The cashier was also incredibly rude. Didn’t say two words to us and quite literally almost shut the gate on my son as we left. If you can’t be kind or spend an extra five minutes after closing, perhaps retail isn’t the job for you. Also, if you see a line forming at closing time send a second cashier to help; using a rude tone with a $500 customer is definitely NOT helping you get out of the store faster.

The male employees were polite and went above and beyond.The lady at the register on 8/5 between 6:30-7p was rude. When she asked me to enter my email she placed the phone on the counter instead of my hand. Instead of handing me my bag she dropped it on the counter. She gestured for me to place the phone in her hand instead of asking. It honestly pissed me off. Imo, she lacked manners.

Wish I could leave no stars. This is one of the most toxic places. I was bullied into leaving and today I was supposed to get my last check and it was $23! How am I supposed to pay my bills with that? Anything to screw me I guess right?

Managers are rude and unprofessional. Needed assistance, one of the cashiers called the manager. He acted bothered as if he was annoyed to help. Very poor expirence will not be coming back.

Not a fan. Don't ever get the CC reddit card! Impossible to pay off! I called and went in person and had the lady at the store try to help me pay $50 bucks! The clothes are meant for teen girls and size is off

Everything's H&M but the fitting rooms are disgusting. I'm not sure they ever sweep/dust in there.
