The selection is always great but these employees are UNBEARABLE. I have to hype myself up before coming in because I know someone is going to start a fight with a customer and I’m not going to stand there and watch that happen.

Extremely unprofessional, customer service was awful, and to say to someone we've been holding this in for months!! We're sick and tired of this, while shaking, face turning red and awhile you're leaned towards me!!! Speaking to me in a demeaning manner like I'm a child. Literally causing a scene in front of everyone, who does that. Okay. Throwing marbles at my sons while they were sitting on the couch, yet saying we have cameras. One employee is saying it's okay for them to throw a plastic ball to one another where no one was, then another employee, taking it all out of context, you're saying customers are coming up to you saying, oh their legs must be broken since they're not doing what their mother told them to do. Seriously!!!!! Okay. So now as the manager of Goodwill at Victor, NY you're allowing your customers to harass my family.Thank God I'm unbothered by your negativity. To say every time, YOU come in here. Who is YOU? Please clarify. We have to correct your sons! Let's be clear. I'll never ask you to baby sit, nor would I ask anyone to watch my kids!! If you're bothered that their black little boys, that's on you when you look yourself in the mirror, no one else.Goodwill did not hire you to come to work to be belligerent, rude, unprofessional, condensing, and demeaning to your paying customers! Nor for your customers to walk on eggshells when they are in your store. Also, Goodwill did not hire you to be emotionally, mentally condensing, demeaning, unprofessional, belligerent, disrespectful and rude towards you're paying customers. However, to say we've been holding this in for months, so every time you saw me, you were calculating when you would, what? That is intentional infliction of emotional distress. We should not have to have anxiety or walk on eggshells when we are at your store. To me that is a threat to the wellbeing of my family when we walk in your store.

This goodwill sucks. worst goodwill ive ever been to in new york state. I would give it no stars if i could. Employees were rude and unhelpful. I get that they cant sell stuff without tags but What i was trying to get were all the same price on the board yet could not sell it. but the attitude from the employees were horrible.

Decent but not nearly as good or as inexpensive as AMVETS in Henrietta.

These people are vagrantly rude! Nothing I want to purchase(meaningless and infeasible to most) is ever priced. I always get the same response when inconvenienced “we can’t sell it yeah sorry”. No you are not sorry! You do not do your job properly then hold me accountable for your lack of competence to vindicate yourselves of laziness. Then they always have the nerve to make you feel inferior when you can not “Round it up to support our mission”. Very poor attention is placed when stocking shelves so most items of interest to the public are damaged. Heavy pictures are always stacked above safe levels along with mirrors. Clothing and domestics are soiled quite frequently. There are always Karen coffee cups left all over like some sick Easter egg hunt sponsored by Starbucks, but remember “No food or drink in the store”. People bring in unlicensed “support pets” because they are too selfish to leave them at home where they are comfortable away from their owners insecurities. This causes me to personally have bad allergy attacks in the parking lot(one attack away from a lawsuit). People let there kids run amuck like it’s a Chuck-E-Cheese. I do not know what genius decided on tile floors as with a shopping cart it immediately turns into a game of Perfection! Everything in housewares is just stacked on top of each other like a game of Jenga, let’s hope you don’t want the item on bottom. The furniture is often heavily soiled, broken or missing parts. The aerosol deordeizers also need to be reconsidered as it can literally cause people with allergies, asthma and COPD to have a very hard time breathing. Also how about a discount for us average Joe’s that do the dirty work that make civilized life possible for the rest of the population. Why no discount for plumbers, mechanics, cashiers, dining staff, highway departments etc? I would provide this review with zero stars if it were possible. I will continue to shop at all goodwill locations but I will NEVER ROUND UP TO SUPPORT YOUR LACK OF CARE EVER AGAIN!!!!!

Goodwill in Victor NY retaliates against women that take maternity leave, harasses, writes them up and then fires them for "performance issues" a month later after returning from their leave. NEVER work for this shitty corporation.

I would go there all the time and buy my clothes and whatever else I can. It's the best and amazing store. But don't take my word for it go check it out for yourself.

This Goodwill is always a fantastic experience for donating and shopping! The staff collecting donations are polite, helpful and efficient. The store is extremely clean and well-organized, with everything so easy to find and sort through. Checkout is smooth and easy. This is my most favorite thrift store to visit!

This is the only goodwill store in the Rochester area where some staff are down right nasty to the customers and treat people horribly. I personally watched some “not all of the employees” mocking and talking down to customers. I myself was approached by a very large tall blond hair women the other day. Apparently she did not like me looking threw a cart she brought out and came up to me and yelled at me. I usually love to shop at good Will. I go there because I like to find a hidden treasures or a bargain once in a while. A place me and my friends go to and have fun and destress. The aggressive tone at this store kinda takes that all away. I hope management can change this Atmosphere, it’s not a fun place to go anymore. I get it, the consumers in this area can be challenging to deal with and some people can be rude and a nightmare. However, this is not the situation in this instance. The things I saw were unprovoked and I personally was not doing anything that would have deserved to be treated like I was. I was doing nothing wrong something I and many people alway have done in the store and it’s never been an issue except with this woman. She approach me and was aggressive in nature, talk down to me, and yelled at me with out provocation.
