“We have enjoyed shopping at the Bjs in Victor New York for many years. Recently, we've noticed that the store is not as organized as it used to be, and it is difficult to get help from staff. When we went in yesterday, we were unable to gain access to a few items that we needed because there were large carts and carriers in the aisles directly in front of the items that we needed. We were also unable to gain access to one of the products we needed because it was at the very top of the shelving still wrapped in a pallet and were unable to find someone that could help us. When we attempted to check out there was only one register opened and there were about 10 people in line. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the self check out so we ended up waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. The store used to be so clean, well stocked and organized and it just hasn't been that way over the last couple of months, it's very disappointing.”

“I'm amazed at how nice the staff is here. Josh is an exceptional manager, I know why he was promoted. I own two companies and wish he was one of my managers. His loyalty to Speedway is to be commended. I've never seen a team at a service station so proud of what they do and how they care for their customers. The team is always smiling. Two thumbs up!!!!!”
