From the online experience using the custom sectional feature builder to visiting the store to see it the Daydreamer sectional in person, purchasing the Ethan Allen couch was seamless. The Ethan Allen designer, Misty, helped us with fabric and color choices, and walked us through modular options. She was a pleasure to work with and continues to follow up, which elevates the experience from simply buying a couch to making us feel like truly valued customers. Our couch arrived earlier than expected and we love the Camby Green color, quality, and comfort of the couch, as well as the ease in which we can change out the layout. We look forward to future Ethan Allen purchases!

Jake and Jason came to put a top coat on my new kitchen table that had been damaged recently. They arrived right on time, were very professional and did a great job fixing my table. Jake took the time to explain how to care for my table and they did an excellent job restoring my table to its original look.

We have had the most wonderful experience working with Ethan Allen for our furniture needs. Specifically working with designer, Dina. She met with us in store and we reviewed the vision we had for a very unique room in our home. She then came with fabrics and quotes for specific furniture pieces. She was so helpful, detailed, and a pleasure to work with. Our customized furniture looks amazing! Every step of working with this company has been thoughtful and perfect - from design, ordering, and delivery.

Amanda did a fabulous job helping us determine the perfect furniture for our home. Her home visit was tremendously helpful in determining the size and layout that we needed to fit the space. Eleena was very attentive and she has such a great eye for design! She came to our house to evaluate our family room space and made some great recommendations on furniture that would fit best. We loved the color palette and leather/fabrics that she chose. She was extremely patient and gave us the time we needed to decide. We would highly recommend her!

Our recent purchase of new family room furniture from Ethan Allen exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure working with Amanda. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We loved her ideas for fabrics and design. She helped us achieve the look we wanted. The area rug and art work she suggested pulled everything together. The furniture was received in a timely manner. Ryan and Raphael were great. Very attentive to carefully moving the sofa bed through doorways and past pictures, etc. Spent time explaining how the pump worked and demonstrated it. Removed and replaced two doors. Left things neat and back in order. Love that Ethan Allen uses its own employees to deliver. They were professional and friendly.

Dina was absolutely amazing! We really liked her working with her. She was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and above all patient. She came out to our house twice. When the color we wanted was not available, she assured us everything would work out. She said we would find something we were very happy with. I doubted her, but she was true to her word. We found something we absolutely fell in love with! Thank you Dina for everything you did for us, your kindness and especially your patience! Look forward to working with you again.

Pure Pleasure working with EthanAllen! Designer, Eleena, was so knowledgeable, talented and wonderful to work with. She was able to listen and translate my rather vague vision into beautiful design and placement ideas for my home. Eleena was there from our first meeting to her presentation of the rendering to the hands on final visit. She made me want her to redesign my entire home! Can’t say enough about the precision of placement, care and knowledge of Jake and Rafael. They took extra time to advise on care of each piece and where to get assistance if needed. I have never worked with a more caring, knowledgeable and pleasant team, making the entire experience a total pleasure not to mention how beautiful everything looks! Ethan Allen is known for the highest quality and beauty of their furniture and they also have the most amazing teams to work with their customers.

We just received our new love seat and couch from EA. The service from the Team was exceptional. They showed us how their portfolio of rapid order/delivery works and we received ours in 5 weeks!!! Amazing. The leather couches are beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience from start to finish. Trust is earned! Jarod and Dina certainly got the job done - as advertised! I have been a longtime customer, and most of my home furnitures from Ethan Allen. Love their products, but more impressive are their customer care. I recently had one sofa cushion issue, but it is just out of warranty window. Mark in Rochester, NY office went out of his way ordered replacement cushions for me and it worked perfectly. Thank you so much Mark and Ethan Allen! I highly recommend Ethan Allen to anyone who appreciates high quality products and exceptional customer care (already converted my daughter into a Ethan Allen fun)
