Love this bank. The manager Annixa helped me open up an account here. She made everything extremely easy for me. Especially helping me figure out how to set up my online banking. All the tellers are very friendly as well. Every time I come in the doors, I’m greeted by someone with a smile. Definitely a 180 from my old bank I was at before coming here.

This bank is the WORST. Tried twice to see someone. The one person sits behind her computer doing NOTHING!!!!!! Useless branch!

Of all the Citizens Banks, this is by far the worst and most unprofessional. Who ever is in charge hasn't trained anyone with skills to help customers let alone manners to accommodate them. As a customer you would think they would have a certain level of respect. Beware: if you call them out on their service, be prepared. They are so unprofessional I wouldn't be surprised if they picked a fight with you or flat out refuse to service you in your own bank. The manager Anixa slaps her hands together like she wants to hurt people who actually put their money in the bank. I think this site needs new management as soon as possible. It felt more like a prison lunch scene, rather than a bank and a place of business. So sad for Victor NY. Very low class. This type of service there is shocking for the area! Really astonishing for any bank, to say the least . Go to a different branch and save yourself some major disappointment and who knows what else with the type of management there. It's a complete free for all. Take your money elsewhere.

Why do you charge overdraft fees? Online banks like GoBank don't so you are just evil.
