“I enlisted Arete to install PPF (paint protection film) to the first new car I've had in 30+ years. They took the time to answer my questions, show me how it's applied and how to properly care for it. Overall a great experience and the bonus is that they're local and answer the phone!”
“They always have micro fibers and plenty of open bays for vacuuming and pressure washers. I like to only use touch less and they're two bays as well. Only complaint is the tunnel wax smells awful. I park my car the garage every night and when I start my car in the morning, I can still smell it.”

“I've been a member for a little over a year. Joined as a Family membership. Recently, I traded in my old car for a new car and had to get a new sticker. I was informed by my wife, which she got the new sticker, we were not being charged as a Family membership, but as individuals. I wrote to Auto Wash on their website and explained what happened. The next day, I get a call from Lindsey. She explained to me what happened and resolved the issue. She was very courteous and professional. Awesome customer experience and excellent car wash.”

Even though I paid for the lowest priced car wash, he took such extra care to rinse my car before going into the wash. I hadn't gotten my car washed in a while so he was observant enough to see it really needed it.

“Went there for a quick vacuum, 1st machine had no suction. Second machine was out of order, third machine worked with mediocre suction. These guys havn't caught on about free vacuums yet... however the facility was clean and the garbage cans were not overflowing with peoples car/truck rubbish”
“The bays are always clean and functioning, I love the one that accepts credit cards! The garbage cans are always emptied and the vacuums work great. Words better than other local ones”

“Joe's is always our go-to late at night..early mornings..most of their employees are very considerate and pleasant..always have an open ear, especially when you're a "regular"!! They have an easily accessible entrance/exit, with one allowing you to pull out and go up to the light, do a quick (and legal) u-turn, to jump back onto the thruway??”

“I had traveled from Virginia to Victor to visit with family and met with a gazillion bugs along the way. When I pulled in, a young man asked if he could help me. Long story short, he listened and suggested a wash that was best for what I needed. He was fair and honest. I expected a hard sales push to the top. That is not what happened. I was also very impressed by the towel program they had, that was a HUGE help. There's nothing like this where I'm living.”
