Incredible staff and service!
Called in the morning for a computer that had domain and access issues. Brought the machine in that morning. Three staff worked on the issues. They unlocked the drives, backed up and recovered all files, added software to assist with copying in the future, created “copy from” and “copy to” folders on my desktop and re-established a new admin account with everything recreated.

My computer had a lot of malicious software from my visit to China. Asked Brite if they could remove them. Was advised yes and never saw my laptop again. After multiple calls over this I was told the computer was returned to me in working order the previous month. They produced fake documents with forged signatures. They are as deceitful and cooked as they come. Don't waste you're time.

I have had Brite for approximately 3 years and they have done a wonderful job of maintaining my IT environment to date and their staff is on call 24/7 to make sure that I have stable business continuity. I highly recommend calling Brite if you are not satisfied with your current IT support team, or just want a competitive quote for your existing support, you won't be sorry!
