Professional, knowledgeable people working there every time. Best location around in Rochester in my opinion. It can take a minute to get through the phone menu to reach someone in the shop, and they are busy (for good reason) so plan ahead.

Had a wonderful experience at BJ's Tire Center. Service person took the time to go over all my options and answer all my questions. Made an appointment for the installation and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend for service and pricing.

Mark at the Victor location really helped us out as a new customer in a pinch today with a flat on a tire not purchased from BJ's. Despite a busy day, he was able to squeeze us in and even stayed a little late to finish the job. I will definitely do business with them the next time I need tires!
