The new card doesn't activate, doesn't work, and people at the club that work there don't help! I had to charge gas to a card other than the new one so I paid more for gas than a member with a card. The gas pumps don't read any cards in the cold weather so members had to go buy gift cards inside the club and then go back to the pumps to get gas. The Club in Webster has employees that refused to help my 80 year old mother figure the system out.. awful!

Yea it's a membership type place. Every location inside is a different layout.They have a good frozen section of things and I like the fact they have a fresh deli. What I do like about BJ's or this location is the fact you know what's down the aisles.You can buy gas too but I'm a member of Costco and their gas is top tier.They pretty much have what you need in bulk.They have a parking lot and are near Eastview Mall. We have enjoyed shopping at the Bjs in Victor New York for many years. Recently, we've noticed that the store is not as organized as it used to be, and it is difficult to get help from staff. When we went in yesterday, we were unable to gain access to a few items that we needed because there were large carts and carriers in the aisles directly in front of the items that we needed. We were also unable to gain access to one of the products we needed because it was at the very top of the shelving still wrapped in a pallet and were unable to find someone that could help us. When we attempted to check out there was only one register opened and there were about 10 people in line. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the self check out so we ended up waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. The store used to be so clean, well stocked and organized and it just hasn't been that way over the last couple of months, it's very disappointing.

I would not recommend anybody ever get a BJs Mater Card even with the discounts on gas. Comentiy Bank who manages the card has the worst customer service of any company I have delt with. My card got hacked. The frist time I called I was on hold for 35 minutes then it hung up. The 2nd time I called I was on hold for 25 minutes and the system hung up again. The 3rd time I called th e system immediately said try later. I still haven't been able to resolve the issue. It is extremely frustrating.

I have shopped at bjs for three years and have been pleased with service and products including TVs, tires for both cars, as well as smaller items like dog and bird food in bulk at deep discounts. I wouldn't trash a store's reputation over one incident

I went to BJ'S today to stock up, spent over $300.00 but when I went to pay was told that they only allow 4 manufacturer's coupons per visit. I had 5, so they saved $1.00. I am going to think about going elsewhere
