I visited this store on April 29 1 pm or thereabouts. Was greeted very nicely by an employee. As I was looking at items a second employee offered assistance. I was advised my item would be introduced in May and they could contact me. So nice to feel important. Note I visited 12 stores in the mall. This was the only store where an employee recognized my presence, sad to say. Cheers to a great team!!! They should be commended for knowing what it means to provide excellent customer service.

I always enjoy visiting this store and I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. This location is always organized and it’s easy to find things. I’ve also purchased a lot of Athleta over the years, and overall the quality has been great and the clothes stand the test of time.

Jacob went completely next level with being condescending, rude, eye-rolling, and overall not caring at all. I felt like I was dealing with someone in his early teens - not an actual adult. Unfortunately I have to go back to the store once more despite me doing exactly what customer service told me to do. After that, I won’t be setting foot in Eastview Athleta again.

My wife seem to really like the clothing for exercising and running, I really like the comfy 'husband/boyfriend chairs' they have outside the changing rooms so we can relax while our better halves shop!
