I introduced my sister to your store and while there I noticed a sweater I had purchased less than two weeks prior to my visit to NY was on sale. Kristyn Pearl was the only sale associate at the time. She had 5 customers in line and efficiently helped each customer. When my sister was checking out, opening a new account with Ann Taylor, Kristyn heard my comment about the sale of my sweater. She Went ahead and looked up my purchase and gave me the discount for my sweater. She was most kind and efficient with all the customers in line. I wanted to make sure she was recognized for her outstanding service to your company.

Ignored my friend in light of more "luxury" appearing customers. Too bad we were prepared to drop over 2k on a new wardrobe. We will never step foot in your store again thanks to your rude employees.

After purchasing a blouse and jacket from this store, I got home to realize that a button hole was missing from the blouse, and I wasn’t very fond of the style of jacket. I went online with a coupon I had, and ordered a few other items along with a jacket I found to be a more attractive fit. I went into the store this afternoon to return the 2 items I’d purchased in store. Immediately, I was questioned as to why I didn’t just purchase items within the store vs. online. I replied and then was told that they get credit for the purchases in store and even online through the store and I should always do that instead. Well… to the incredibly rude lady behind the counter… I will let you know that EVERY purchase I make from now on, will be online. In addition to this experience and ironically enough, after returning to my place of employment, it turns out that 2 of my colleagues have had similar experiences. Treat your customers with respect before you lose more of them.
