Summarizing my experience I felt that I experienced suboptimal customer service, difficult time navigating the piles of pants, and the lighting is harsh and HOT. If you’re under a light it’s like a little heat lamp… on top of the store being unreasonably and uncomfortably warm for a cooler season where one is wearing multiple layers. I personally find the stores clothing locations and layout is not intuitive, pant sizes are difficult to see the way they are all piled on each other, often out of order, finally the customer service doesn’t not correlate with the prices. The clothing is quality, the prices reflect that, you’d expect a quality customer service experience. I found that experience upon going to Madewell… a world of difference. But here at A&F if you need a different pant size you have to leave the changing area after redonning everything and start over. One last comment is that there’s no chair or bench in the changing room. Maybe the owner should experience the customers experience to realize the issue there.

Customer service was awful. Nobody said hello, and the fitting rooms were locked. Tried to find an employee working the floor, and she was busy speaking on the phone (looked away from me), and ignored me. I’d rather shop online or at another store where they value their customers. For the price tag, I’d expect a decent service.

I just bought a bottle of perfume yesterday, because I didn't like the smell, so today I came to exchange it, but they said they can't exchange or return it with perfume, while when I bought it no one said no. exchange or return. and their service is very disrespectful to me. I will never go back to this shop again even if I go to the mall.

I went yesterday and I was really happy. Not only have they got great looking work out clothes, but The staff was great. Chris was extremely helpful!

Employees are nice here, especially the young man with glasses that works here. He went above and beyond to help me find some jeans - there was only one pair in my size left in the store and he looked everywhere until he found them. He deserves a raise!

Customer service is rough in my experience. The girl who checked me out yesterday gave me attitude for just asking a question. She was very condescending with her tone of voice. Let’s spread kindness instead!! I hope this improves!
