Facial was not 60 minutes. There was no steam unless it's considered the hot towels The other facials I have had in the past inclued neck,shoulder and upper arm massage.. There was no one to greet when you entered sat for 12 minutes and overheard conversations inthe back of salon "did anyone come in?" " no I don't think so" then approx 5 minutes later someone came up front and saw me there. Is not handicap accessible inside the building. All facial procedures are done on the second floor only accessible by a stair case.

First experience with Hydrafacial and it was awesome! Very nice salon, clean, modern and convenient location. The facial experience was very professional, relaxing and comfortable. The neck and chest are also moisturized. i highly recommend a Hydrafacial treatment to anyone looking to revive and rejuvenate your skin.

Customer service needs improvement, it took me three weeks to get an appointment, left messages and nobody returned my call; finally someone called me back and when I related my concerns her response was that she was on vacation and didn’t take the phone with her, no need for that response!When I got there, at the entrance there’s a sign which says; “please take a seat” do I did and wait and waited for about 20 minutes before someone asked if I had an appointment to what I said yes, I do, with Celeste.Finally, a few minutes later she showed up.Service: Haircut

Very friendly and helpful staff! After getting a bad cut from a different salon, I went to Zinnia and saw Vee. She gave me a lovely cut and helped me feel so much better! She gave me good advice about how to treat and style my hair as well. I would absolutely recommend this salon.

I had my hair colored and cut by Kathleen. She was very patient (went 8 months without color or cut!), sweet and did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure the color was just right and the results were brilliant. I am definitely going back!

Love love love Kathy. She did highlights on my brunette thick hair and I loved them. I was always nervous to get highlights because not many people will use enough foils on my hair. She made sure she had the time to do my hair before even starting! Definitely will be making another appointment very soon!!

Had a wonderful facial and dermaplane treatment with Lori today! Would highly recommend her though every staff member is excellent and friendly! Had an amazing experience and I'm already booked for another! Cannot recommend Zinnia enough! ❤️

My Daughter and I went to Zinnia today and had facials done by Lori. My daughter was having problems with blackheads. I am telling you how gorgeous her skin is now!! I had dead skin and what a difference the facial made! You must try it!! it's amazing, the shop is so beautiful and what a great team of girls as well!! I also purchased foundation and it is perfect! Out of 1-5, Zinnia, Lori and Amy get a 7 from us!!!
