Went to have a necklace tested, waited and waited and waited for them to help the customers before me. Then proceeded to help people that came in after me. Never got a "welcome to zales" or "hellow how are you", was completely ignored. Looked at once and then treated like a ghost. Made me feel like I wasn't "rich enough" to be considered.

Within a couple months a few stones from my engagement ring fell out, upon getting the warranty and stones replaced after an hour hassle getting a diamond bond number, we got a phone call saying they sent out the ring Again because when it was returned some stones were still loose. The two women that helped us were newer but friendlier than the man who had red hair. He was insistent on having a conversation with me from across the store and was pretty rude on top of that, I thought about getting my own credit card through Zales but he's put off my experience and short of coming to get my ring cleaned I won't be returning.

Tried days in a row to call after my promise date for repair with no email. No one answered the phone. Went in and got to witness the phone not be answered. Someone else walked in after me and they were helped before me. If I didn’t have a protection plan here I would never come back.
