“Front desk service was good service. But the people on the floor treat you like criminals with their eyes.It's something about you being a type of class for them not to really pay attention to you.Just some people they give a certain look ?.. if you know what I mean ?”

“First time at Sephora and had a great experience, was kindly approached by a shorter girl with green eyes and brunette hair (totally forgot her name, whoops) who was very quick to recommend many products, had great replies to my questions, offered a color match, brought my items to the front when I was deciding on what else I was gonna grab and was available to help whenever, even got me an Ouai sample that I otherwise would have no idea I'm eligible for, signed me up for Kohl's and Sephora rewards, etc. As someone who had no idea how to navigate makeup stores (literally got overwhelmed by walking into the Ulta in the Town Square Mall Plaza), this was a really lovely experience!”
“I always order online so I had never been to the store. However, I had a return and was told I could just bring it in to the store. I was so pleasantly surprised. All the salespeople were so gracious and accommodating. Although they don’t typically carry my size ( I am in the plus category) they were more than happy to order anything I might like. They accepted my return without difficulty andordered a replacement which I already have.I highly recommend this store if you are interested in quality and class. A+++???❤️”

“Very nice store. Very busy and receptionist was the only one working. It felt a little short staffed. Lots of options for formal dresses and every day cloths. A bit pricey for second hand but good quality too.”
