Took puppies in for puppy check and first shots on entry to exam room told the girl I would need separate paperwork for each puppy. She said yes. When exam and shots completed paid for visit asked for puppy paper work girl said she would email it to me. I told her that wouldn't work for me I have no printer. She said well you can go to the library and print it there. I said for over $300.00 I should be able to leave with needed paperwork. She said I'll email it to you. SO WASN'T THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I THINK NOT!!!!

The person who answered the phone was professional and courteous . She showed genuine concern. My dog got in a tangle with a porcupine and was suffering. We were immediately taken to exam room. He was tended to by a vet tech and vet. Procedures were explained and my dog was sedated and the quills were removed. In no time he was back to his happy self. Thank you for immediately taking my dog in. Can’t thank you enough!

The staff is phenomenal! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explain the details, What they are doing, finding and expected outcome. We are blessed to get their service.

They have always taken great care of my pets, and the charges for service seem reasonable. Veterinary care is never cheap, but they are fair. The staff has always been helpful and upfront about costs as well. As for the care, they have always been compassionate and professional for my animals.

Doctor Smith was really sweet, Missy and her seemed to get along wonderful right off the bat. My senior kitty is friendly with everyone but gets stressed out about the carrier and the vet easily so it was great to have a veterinarian so gentle and sweet with her. Waiting area was clean and the receptionist was friendly. Very clear and transparent with the medical options and prices.

This is the only exotic vet in the area. Tracy Durham is great with Scoot my Russian tortoise I've had for about 3 years now. He's healthy and well. I also take him for nail trims as well.

I went here with the terrible task of going with my boyfriend to put his dog down. He took the dog here for testing, he left with 5 different prescriptions and a subcutaneous IV for the dog. He said he didn’t feel it was expressed that the dog would pass so quickly since he was only 5 1/2 years old. It is believed that the dog ingested poison. There was a concern that it could’ve be leptospirosis and he was given that medication along with a strong antibiotic and a few others. Ultimately, the poor dog was so violently ill, my boyfriend expressed he wouldn’t have put him through that had he received more explicit information on his dog’s condition. Upon arrival, we received the results that the dog didn’t have leptospirosis, it is still unclear what he might’ve ingested or come in contact with leading to his passing. The people there were nice and I appreciated their kindness when we ultimately brought him in to be free from suffering. My boyfriend continued to say, he wished they would’ve given more details on this possible outcome so the dog wouldn’t have suffered. He said it seemed like they were focused on “bedside manner” but in not stating that the dog could suffer, they glazed over the severity of the situation.
