I requested this style, kind of an ombré cotton candy look for a gel manicure. I like it, the nail tech did a great job. I also did a hot stone pedicure with gel polish. It was nice but red it went a bit quick, callus removal is separate. You can add it on or select a pedicure option that includes it. They were so nice and were able to take myself and my mother for a walk-in. It was very convenient and friendly. I also did a chair message, that was ok. They take cards and/or cash for payment.

I don't get my nails done often so it's a treat when I do. I had a terrific experience and the little 3 minute chair massage at the end was a nice touch. Super reasonable prices and great service. I need to come here more often!

I called the salon at 6 pm. They close at 7pm. The receptionist said come now we will help. When I got there, I asked for a manicure. She looked at my nails and said $15. I got the newbie on the team. He took over an hour, passed their closing time. He did a great job. I will go back !

We had an AMAZING experience today. My 9 year old daughter and I blessed ourselves with a little spa treatment after a very rough travel day yesterday. The entire experience was top notch. One of the BEST and thorough pedicures I’ve ever had. The back massage at the end was just icing to the cake. It was the perfect relaxing moment to heal. I don't usually do reviews but I am beyond disappointed in the service I received here 0/10 would not recommend. I've been here a couple times just for a gel pedi and my last visit has been my worst. The guy who did my toes rushed it and my paint job wasn't well done. And it honestly looks like I've had my toes done for weeks though it's only been a couple of days. I wish that was the worst of my complaint but it's not. I usually do my own nails at home but was pressed for time as I was going on a family vacation and asked if he can just file off the top coat of my nails so it can be an easy soak when I get home. I asked him multiple times not to make the file touch my nail bed and of course he did. My nails are totally RUINED! It hurts to take hot showers and to even touch my nails. You can even see blood spots underneath my nail bed. My nails are beyond rough. Even after I lightly buffed it to make them a little more even. You can see the pattern of his drill bit embedded into my nails. I have been on a healthy nail journey for the past two years and have been making extra efforts to keep my nails healthy and it was all ruined in the 5 minutes it took him to file my nails so deep that it even hurts to type this review. I wish I can give 0 stars.

I was so disappointed watching how the owner treated a customer. The nail tech messed up and did gel after the customer asked for regular manicure. The owner was aggressive and said she needed to pay or the gel polish was coming off. She grabbed her hand and started taking the polish off making her sit another 45 minutes for another manicure after they messed up. So rude and unprofessional. I will not be going here again.

I was so impressed! New favorite nail salon in Binghamton. Great job with my nails and above and beyond customer service. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and was very happy with the service provided to me for such a low price!

I've been going here for more than a year now. The past few times, there were a few technicians that were rough. Today a man cut my finger and made me bleed. I asked for someone else. A lady took over, she laughed bc I was bleeding. I said it wasn't funny. nobody said sorry. I was still charged! but I will not be returning or recommending this place anymore.

I will never go back to this nail salon. I got acrylics for 14 years then became severely allergic. I went 4 years doing my own gel manicures and the past year doing my own dip. I’m tired of doing my own so I decided to try this salon. I got a dip full set. They were EXTREMELY thin. But that I can handle. The paint job was something I’ve never personally seen before for a professional salon. The cuticle line is a MESS. The paint is bulky and I had paint on my skin. I came directly home, drilled all the color off, added another layer of clear dip, reshaped them, and painted them w gel myself. $50 wasted. And I tipped him.
