My mother went there to get a new phone. They upsold her on one she did not need and did not set it up. They sent her home when it got busy and said they would call and activate the phone. It's been 3 days now and the phone isn't activated. This has to be one of the worst Verizon stores. Please get new staff and don't let stuff like this happen.

There was one employee who tried to scare us off by telling us it would be like an hour wait to be helped and then the phone set-up process would take four hours, but luckily we got a different employe who got us in and out of there in just one hour.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. Made an appointment for 11 am didn’t and it’s 11:47 still have heard nothing. Must have misclicked and made it for 12 by accident. Or maybe these people are just terrible at their job. Time to switch to any service other than Verizon or maybe just go to literally any other store. Terrible experience

Has to be the worst customer service. Was threatened by Will who is the store manager and was called some language. I got a call from someone else claiming to the the manager who told me to screw off. Is this the customer service they give now??

If you make an appointment with a customer you really should keep it. I came back at the time they asked and they skipped me to go to the next customer. I would have just waited my turn. So frustrating…

Witnessed an employee disrespect the manager in front of all customers and staff. So inappropriate and definitely not customer service. Experienced being told that wifi wouldn't be available at the JC store either as we needed to buy a phone and do transfer data that day but was told the band width of Internet was not working and no one on a Sunday could come to fix it.As a whole Verizon is going down hill.

I went into this Verizon was greeted right away. They heard what I wanted (which was to switch back to Verizon) I had to wait a bit of time, but nothing serious. I told them what I needed and that I had a business. They set me up with my account, and business internet with no issues. Jeremy and Jon were great!
